I personally think when you're doing that many s2s stretches you're better off spending less time doing other more advance stretches instead or a series of different types, a-stretch, v-stretch, even intense ones like mandingo.

Yeah 1k is a lot of work. How fast are you doing your s2s, Era? I do roughly 50 per minute, visualizing my penis as a pendulum of sorts, with a brief pause on each leg (1...and...2...and...) etc.

I'll have to check out your training log now that we're on the same program.
I didn't count. Will count next time, but it takes amost 5 seconds each rep for me, with those brief pauses.

That's what I have been doing for a while now, but I got really bored and didn't make any gains, so it was time to shock and do something else. Penis felt good after this routine.

Question , what is the benefit of doing the girth (squeeze) exercise before the stretching? I've always done squeezes, etc. after the stretch (based on JP90 routine). Also then I can use lube for squeezes, which helps. Lubing while stretching sucks.

Sometimes after heavy length work your dick is a little fatigued so it's harder to do girth work, so some do girth first then length last.
Also I believe doing girth first makes the tunica more pliable and able to get a good stretch, but don't know how true that is.

BigAl quote "If you're going to train for girth as well as length, it's usually best to do your girth work first. Stretching temporarily exhausts the penile tissues which can make performing girth work afterwards difficult."

As long as the girth exercises you are going to do don't require a full erect, I think the penis will be fine.

I have always done stretches first, intense ones, then switched to jelqing, then intense supra slammers where the EQ is 100% hard.

It depends on each person of course.

How much pressure is required on each stretch? I tend to put enough power into the stretch that it certainly feels like a stretch, though I tend to take it easy for the first 100 or so whilst it's a bit tender. Is that about right? I don't want to overdo it, it doesn't feel like I am though.

Always err on the side of caution- especially for any new activities. It's easier to upgrade your reps/intensity the next session than it is to overdo it.

You want to ensure that you're within your comfort zone with your initial sessions' reps and intensity- as you'll be frequently adding both as your training cycle progresses. That way, you have some training momentum to carry you through the end of the cycle.

This seems good I may try the squeeze :)

I use a bathmate so heres my plan please advise though

use bathmate for 5 mins

squeeze 10 times

bathmate again and repeat say 4 time.

would this be a good plan.

the strecthes are they for length or do they help with base girth better still base girth? if there only for length all though I aint massive 6.5" nbp i want girth for now :p

Thanks all

How do you plan to increase your training volume (reps, time) on this plan? Is the above workload something that you can handle without discomfort- i.e.- have you worked up to being able to handle that type of regimen?

Stretches target length more than anything else, though they do help to prestretch the tunica (which can be leveraged for greater girth gains). Multidirection stretches can be used to bulk up base girth.

I started doing this routine 2 weeks ago and misread the instructions. I thought that the whole movement as from left to right was 1 rep so I just realised that I have been doing 600 reps instead of 300. The thing is that I feel little to no soreness so I'm wondering if I should keep doing 600 or minimize the workload. I also have been doing 30 squeezes but when I do the I don't feel what you have described my penis gets veiny and puffy but I can't feel anything so I don't know if I'm doing them wrong or the workload is to little.

The side to side stretch is one that's very easily adapted to, so if you're finding yourself unchallenged with your current rep plan, feel free to increase them as you see fit.

If you can do 1000 of these stretches (with decent intensity) and are still not challenged, you can move on to a more intense direct stretch like the Tension Stretch.

Hey Big Al,

What sort of progression in intensity would you suggest with this routine? I started with 25 squeezes and 250 S2S's, with all positive PI's so far. I plan on increasing slowly with 1 extra squeeze and 50 S2S's per week, which will give me roughly 6 months on this routine. Am I on the right track? Appreciate your input.

With those reps as a baseline, you should be able to add one rep to your squeezes every- or every other session, and 10-15 reps to your Side to Sides each session.

I wouldn't do that routine for six months straight without layoffs and back cyclong.

Thanks Big Al,

With regards to rests and back cycling, would I be using my PI's as a que to lower intensity or rest? Like three a steps forward one step back type of thing?

Normally, a 2 steps forward, 1 step back approach is preferred. As to your PIs- you should be fully refreshed with high PIs by the time your rest cycle has finished. If not, then you'll need more rest- and you'll need to examine your training/conditioning for reasons as to why a full week's worth of rest doesn't do the trick.

Hey, Big Al, question for you, sir.

How far into P.E. do you think someone could start working on the girth building focused workout you mentioned back around page 5?

Once you're done with the beginner phase you can choose to do a "girth only" routine. If you're going to be training for any length of time though, you should occasionally include some stretches as they also help to loosen the tunica- which allows for greater girth expansion.
