Testosterone levels vary significantly during a 24 hour period. They are at maximum around 4am. Result is an automatic erection which wakes me up. I wish I could repeat this easy erection during the day.

What I would need is a fast acting Testosterone Replacement Therapy pill to raise levels for just a short time. I do not want to increase the nighttime levels, else I would not get any sleep.
Most of the discussion about TRT seems to be of a long term nature. Is there any product available to give a short time boost?

Before opting for TRT, discuss your medications with your doctor, and follow a healthy lifestyle, diet and exercise plans. :)

Sometimes it is one of the meds you are taking that is affecting you, also could be your diet or lack of exercise.

Lift heavy, eat a lot of saturated fats, get good sleep, etc.
Do not take outside sources of test or things that convert to test, or you begin to damage your own system's ability to make it.

If you are on TRT, make sure you have a stable job with stable health insurance and no possible way for that to fail, else you retard your own body's ability to make test and will be reliant on it for the rest of your life, and potentially be cut off from hormones you need to feel normal.

Thanx for the quick replys.
My Doc says my T levels are fine, tho he didn't give me the numbers. I don't want to start a TRT regimen, just looking for something which may not even exist, just a short time boost similar to the 4 hours that Viagra gives.

You better ask your doctors for the T numbers. Doctors nowadays use a wide variance of numbers, generally ranging from 250-1100 ng/dL to be "normal", yet in that "normal" range you could be on the bottom, the same as an elderly sick male, and be considered "normal" at 30.

First, testosterone does not interfere with sleep, in fact, optimal levels will help you sleep. Unless you are converting too much estrogen or tons of DHT...although I've taken many DHT compounds and they have not inhibited my sleep at all...bottom line is that's a falsity.
If anything low t levels causes insomnia and other sleep disorders.
Also , taking t shots might be something one should do as they get older or who have been through enough AAS cycles to shut them down, to where the cost of viable and advanced PCT treatments over runs the cost of TRT OR TRT is more feasible for some other reason..but desiring a test shot just before hand or short duration; first of all...no doc is going to give you it for that purpose.
2nd..you can't take a t shot and expect your levels to not be inhibited over time...what you naturally produce. It doesn't work that way...even one shot will suppress your natty t levels.
3rd..introducing exogenous hormones without knowing how you will respond is dangerous and quite foolish.
If you disrupt your levels now you may regret it later..instead look for other short-term boosts that are actually close to intended for that purpose.

PT-141 is a good one that has been mentioned on this board for both libido and sexual response..
Or you could bite a PDE-5I..

At 4:00 am a testosterone induced erection wakes me up. Sometimes it happens at other times. Seems like more T would mean more wakeup ERs.

I will look into PT-141, thanx for the info.
What is PDE-5I...?

I don't see why it would wake you up unless you are laying wrong or not in a proper REMS sleep cycle...
PDE-5I's are drugs like viagra, cialis etc but there are natural versions like xanthoparmelia, icariin, berberine etc

There is an ad for Nugenix Testosterone Booster in today's paper. They offer a free
14 day supply. But as you work your way thru their website, entering your name, email, fone etc, they want your credit card number for a heretofore unmentioned $4.99 shipping fee. OK so far, but the fine print signs you up for a monthly charge of $69.99 + the $4.99 shipping charge which you must cancel by calling their phone number.

This seems like a scam to me. Why would I think their product is any more honest than their sneaky marketing practices. Looking at the ingredients, my Walmart daily vitamin has more Zinc, Vit B6, and almost as much B12. The bulk is some mystery stuff: "Nugenix™ Testosterone Complex".
Be warned...
