Switching from hanging to pumping

I do not believe you will loose any BPEL. I tried hanging for three months building up to 13 lbs and gained about 1/4 inch until privacy became an issue. Although I did some pumping while hanging, I did not loose any length when I gave up hanging in favor of pumping. I am not a believer in gaining length from pumping; however, I do feel there is enough outward stretch to at least maintain length gains already achieved.

This is a very tough question to give a solid answer. Your gains came pretty fast so there is a chance that you may lose some if you were to do nothing in the way of lengthening. I had started with pumping and manual and then went to hanging. After a year i went back to pumping only and I did lose some but most likely it was only what had not been cemented. I lost almost 1/4 of an inch. I went back to hanging after 3 months and I gained it back almost immediately.

I then had to drop hanging as time became to hard to come by but this time I went back to pumping with manual stretching and did not lose anything. I would strongly suggest that if you pump to do a manual stretching routine along with it, if you do you most likely wont lose any length.

If you don't mind me asking why is it that you are going to stop hanging?

There are a few reasons, but most important is that my wife can not handle much more! Also, I am running out of time in the day and I have been hanging practically every day for seven months. Just burned out on it for now. i will go back to it later-I bought a bib and I plan on using it.

I could really use some advice on what manual stretches would be best to keep my length.

Fir future planning, i heard that too much girth causes problem with length later. Is there a known threshold to avoid to keep this from happening?

Length pumping? Are you packing your cylinder? Did you lift up on the pump while pumped to pull the ligs? That is my favorite move be because it always works well.

I pumped for years and clearly did not know what I was doing. I sure hope that I can gain girth.

Anyhow if you could let me know of your routine it would be great. I am looking to do this the correct way.

First, I agree with BigO that manual stretching along with pumping is a good idea.

I completely packed my first 1.5 inch cylinder after about 9 months of pumping. I am currently packing about 3/4 of the way up my 1.75" cylinder.

During the first two years I alternated between two 20 minute sessions at 5 hg(one in the morning and one before going to bed) and three 10 minute sessions separated by Ulis (in the morning and again at night). However, I would (about twice a month) do a 30 t0 45 minute session at 4 hg. I rested one or two days a week.

For the past year, I have reduced my routine to only one session a day.

I also use an extender two to three hours a day, six days a week.

I jelq and stretch at night in bed for about 30 minutes before going to sleep

Wait, you didn't use a BIB for your gains, GM? So jealous of your 1.5" gains in 7 months.

I used the bib for these gains! I pumped years before that off and on!

I just wanted to follow-up with this thread and let whoever reads this, if anyone via a search, that I lost so far 1/4 inch bpel and 3/8 inch bpfsl.
