Plan For Sustained Girth Based Growth Using TGC Theory
Since my BPFSL is only .25" greater than my BPEL, I do believe my Tunica is my limitation. My current PE model is 4 days exercise 2 days rest, with rest day edging. This 4/2 model is what I will refer to as a Cycle. Another term in exercises is Accents. I use the term "Accents" to describe a light addition to routine structure.
Since girth is my goal, and girth work does work the Tunica to some degree, I will still have a lot of girth work in my overall plan.
Heat is a prerequisite for every exercise, with the exception of some periodic midday ADS activities.
I'm thinking that I will be cycling girth/length focus (smooth muscle/tunica)
I propose a 3/2 cycle ratio.
Girth/Smooth Muscle
This 3 cycle period to be comprised of a combination of the best girth based activities including:
- Clamping
- Ulis/Horse Squeezes
- Semi-Erect Squeezes
- Pumping
- Post Exercise, Limited Duration, Cock Ring Use
- Edging Accents
- ADS Accents
- Hanging Accents
- Bed Fowfer Accents
Length/Tunica
This 2 cycle period to be comprised of the best length based exercises including:
- ADS, Periodic but Frequent
- Hanging
- Manual Stretches
- Jelqing
- Edging Accents
- Clamping Accents
- Pumping Accents
- Bed Fowfer Accents
Pelvic Floor
Remaining conscious of actively exercising the pelvic floor, doing both normal and reverse kegels.
Decon
Every 3 Months - 1 Week Decon
- Edging Only
- Taking Documented Measurements, Updating Profile
Notes
While this may not fit TGC Theory recommendations exactly, suggesting Tunica limitations be approached with more length based, tunica targeting activities, even when girth is the goal, however I think it is still appropriate given my limited length goals. Hopefully this plan will give me sustained growth, keeping Smooth Muscle growing in concert with the Tunica.

It seems, that by reading this theory, the two limiting factors to growth are the Tunica and the Smooth Muscle. Length based exercises tends to target the Tunica, and Girth Based tends to target the Smooth Muscle. When it comes to EQ, when the smooth muscle expands against the tunica, it cuts off the exit flow causing erection. So in theory, poor EQ could be caused by a poorly developed smooth muscle or an enlarged tunica, causing the gap between the two too much to completely close.
On of the major points of the study was that a properly balance routine is a key to growth. It also seems to indicate that changing emphasis as you get different clues, such as EQ. So you don't experience great EQ, focus on girth based smooth muscle exercise with some length mixed in. When you get to a point you are frequently experiencing max erections and your tunica is causing the limitation, switch to more length based, with some girth mixed in.
This goes a long way to explaining why plateaus may occur, and what you can do about it.
