Hello to everyone,
My case is that i injuried my penis at the begining of this year through masturbating,i kegeled while pulling penis with my hand away from stomach,i didnt have death grip but i pulled it little(was laying on stomach) and felt sudden pain, after that i had little pain in ligament and some kegel issue which resolved later(from kegeling hard at that moment of the injury).
My penis isnt in pain anymore,but it bents slightly at right side when erected,it doesnt look like it is bent too much,i am probably at the border,if it was more severe i would feel pain in erected state.However i can feel ligament is tighter there and if i try to move penis to the left it feels tensed there,and the stronger erection is the bends progresses
I never had attempts at sex other than with my gf.She is virgin and we are still struggling with breaking of hymen,it sounds silly but we seem to need more attempts.Doctor said she is half way there(sent her to check out if there was problem).Problem is that the last time we tried to have sex,after some time i noticed slight discomfort where the ligament is,the more deep my penis goes into vagina,the more it tenses my ligament.
I believe it will be same even when i get her hymen broken,i am scared i wont be able to have hard penetrative sex because of this,and it could even worsen the state of ligament
Time has passed,my penis wont recover anymore and the angle isnt even severe but even this angle seems to be problematic because of tensed ligament.
I would like to ask if there are any kind of massages/exercises to improve the ligament and strech it,i dont even need much like i said so if exercise can help,it should help me enough
Also,i am not intersted in PE,jelqing and other PE stuff is out of the question(i dont want to risk with my penis,it doesnt even look like ''tough'' penis).I know streching/massaging shouldnt be done in erected state.So guys can you tell me if some kind of strech can help with ligament,and how to do it without injurying some veins and stuff
I need it to be completly safe and correctly done
urologist would take me forever to schedule so i would like to hear from you
