Hey guys I have a question. So I'm starting jps 90 day thing today in hopes of gaining a little more length and girth, and hopefully a bigger flaccid state. I am currently taking the following supplements. Ginko, ginseng, garlic, Ginger, green tea, multi, zinc, fish oil. I have taken these for about two weeks and no improvement on flaccid hang, however I do have bigger erections. I noticed even I smoke weed and am relaxed my flaccid habg is absolutely huge. So I put two and two together, I'm a very nervous person who worries a lot. I'm wondering if my flaccid hang is tight to the body because of stress? So my question is do you think I should add a natural stress relieving supplement? And if Ao what?

I know some people here aren't fans of the weed, but it works great for me, and if it works well for you, I say keep it up. You also might want to pick up some chamomile tea or something of that sort, which you of course you can and should add weed to for greater effect.

American Ginseng is good for periods of stress - I found it helped me when feeling anxious.

Not sure which Ginseng you are currently taking.

I'm taking a mix. It's all three ginsengs and guarana. Anytime I do something linked to relaxing my flaccid state increases. But I feel like I'm stressed most of the time which in return pulls him closer to my body. It's annoying and uncomfortable. My erect size is 7.1x6, when I smoke weed my flaccid length is around 5 inches. Far more comfortable. I would smoke weed more often but it's expensive and I work or go to school almost non stop during the week. My gf loves my size as is, but we both want him to have a better flaccid appearance, since we participate in threesomes often. I just need to find something efficient and natural to reduce stress. Do you guys think that will help?

Also another thing I want to change is as of recent, within the last few months or so my stamina has gone from about an hour to now I'm cumming within 15 minutes if not sooner. I have read about edging but it seems like a pain in the ass. To my understanding edging is when you practice stopping yourself from cumming with your pc muscles.... Isn't there a more efficient way? Like staking a pill or something.

To get your stamina up (and improve EQ as well as increasing your ejaculate flow) you could try kegels and reverse kegels. Cialis is supposed to do a good job as well, but it's not like you have premature ejaculation problems, you're just looking to last a bit longer, so I would start with the exercises which aren't going to have all the possible side effects. Also, you don't have to edge during sex, if you can find some time to edge while masturbating, that will improve your control.

What exercises are we talking about though? You said ones without those type of side effects. Ya I want to last longer and have control over when I cum. Ive hear masturbating promotes shorter time till climax.
