For females, if the female is low in iron, it can reduce the libido which will impact desire, arousal, lubrication, and the ability to have an orgasm. Not too much iron though, because it can also cause constipation.
Some plants and foods to look into: Tribulus terrestris, Ginkgo, Maca, Ginseng, Saffron.
