Ok, so I don't have ED or any performance issue in general. I wanted to ask about whether I should take any supplements for OPTIMAL performance. I wanted to get a bigger load and bigger testicles and I got a lot of supplements after reading around these include. I'm 26.
Saw palmetto
damiana
dong quai
lecithin
Maca
Arginine
I also take
fish oil
vitamin d
vitamin c
multivitamin
What I want is increased semen volume most of all, and if possible bigger balls as well.
I took all of them for a few days, with lots of water and no fap and I think the whole cocktail made me sick cause it was like 20 pills together. And recently I had strong stomach cramps for a whole day that came from either the Saw palmetto or the lecithin and im not sure which one. I dont want to OVERDO it, I just want a solid supplement routine that will give me the big loads.
Other things I have read on but not tried:
pygeum
celery and/or celery seeds
So id like anyones advice on a nice simple, not overkill, sustainable cocktail of supps for this purpose.
