Hi all,

I've been lurking around this site on and off for a few months now and decided that i want to start seriously in the world of PE. I've uploaded a couple of pics (although not great quality at the min) and will be posting some new ones later today.

My starting stats and goals are all on my profile and i would like peoples opinions on whether as long term goals they are realistic. I am a fairly outgoing person, so anybody wanting to send a friends request feel free to do so.

I look forward to pushing my boundaries and enjoying my time on PEgym

Regards

Stumpy

Welcome to the Gym, Stumpy!
Thanks for joining and thanks for posting.
Have you settled on a routine? (Check out https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/2166-jps-90-day-beginner-routine.html it is a very popular starting program, though I recommend starting off much lighter than the 5 On 2 Off schedule discussed in the opening post.)
I hope that you decide to be active in the community and I recommend that you start a log thread on the Progress Forum. It makes it easier for folks to give you feedback and suggestions.
Read lots of threads and ask lots of questions.
Good luck!

Many thanks Pirate,

i was going to start doing JPs 90, on a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1off routine to allow for recovery time and see how i react, if i start to get negative PIs i'll change accordingly and ask for advice.

Im assuming there is no problem with fully erect photos being on the forums?

Looks healthy to me! You should do as pirate suggested, and start a progress log. You can keep all your stats and pictures together in one place. Its a great online diary. Good luck brother!

Thablue718!
Thanks for joining and thanks for posting! (I noticed that you joined last summer but this is your first post!)
Here are a few very useful links:
Beginner's Penis Enhancement Checklist
JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine (An excellent beginner routine but don't start out doing it 5 days a week!)
Measurement Abbreviations and Acronyms (This will help you understand the terms that everyone uses around here.)
Start a Journal/Log! (This one will help you start a log. A log is a great place to keep track of your progress and workouts, and it makes it easy for others to pitch in with suggestions and comments.)
How long did it take you to gain an inch in length? (This one will give you some ideas about how quickly people gain.)
Read lots of threads and articles and ask lots of questions!
Good luck!

Omega 3 Fish Oil Tablets (500mg)
Multi Vits & Iron (1 a day)
Korean Ginseng (100mg, 1 a day)

Im also taking,

**Just a query, can i get away with taking additional L-Argenine as a seperate supplement in addition to the L-Argenine thats already in the protein powder??**

Yes - should not be a problem Stumpytoon. L-Arginine can bring on cold-soars in some people when taken in higher dosages. It didn't do that to me even though I had cold-soars many years ago, I was taking >10g of L-Arginine. It gave me stomach pains, so now I take around 2000mg

Taking L-Lysine can stop the cold soars. However if both are in the Hydrochloride format - the 2 compete, so it is better to take at different times, or find L-Arginine Pyroglutamate. Some companies makes L-Arginine Pyroglutamate with L-Lysine together.

Havnt a clue about their format.

This is the product i had in and was taking before i started the Whey protein powder (stopped when taking the powder as wasnt sure if they'd clash)

Holland & Barrett L-Aginine 500mg (Ingredients, L-Arginine, capsule shell (gelatine) anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide))

And the Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder contains: (numbers in brackets are grams of Amino Acids per 100g)

L-Alanine (3.3), L-Arginine (2.1), L-Aspartic Acid (8.3), L-Cysteine (1.5), L-Glutamic Acid (10.4), L-Glycine (1.3), L-Histidine (1.6), L-Isoleucine (4.3) L-Leucine (7.8) L-Lysine (6.6), L-Methionine (1.6), L-Phenylalanine (2.4) L-Proline (4.2) L-Serine (4.2) L-Threonine (5.7), L-Tryptophan* (1.2), L-Tyrosine (2.2), L-Valine (4.1)

* Naturally occuring - not added.
