So i am slowly progressing in my journey to get rid of Pre E.
So far i have managed to last longer when edging and can actively lower arousal if i stop all stimulation and completely relax the pelvic floor (especially the muscles around anus), whereas before, if i reached PONR, there was no lowering the arousal.
However, this method of relaxing ONLY works without any stimulation, so next i want to be able to actively lower arousal during sex. I have been experimenting with different methods, but the only one that benefits in countering the IK's i get, is strong reverse kegels (back RK) on every thrust. however, this comes at a price as they have to be so strong that i almost sh*t while doing them

My hope is that in time, IK's will reduce by this countering response which may lower the need to do the RK's, and otherwise that the pelvic floor will loosen up.
Have anybody experienced something similar and got any tips?
