Strong reverse kegel when thrusting

Hi
So i am slowly progressing in my journey to get rid of Pre E.

So far i have managed to last longer when edging and can actively lower arousal if i stop all stimulation and completely relax the pelvic floor (especially the muscles around anus), whereas before, if i reached PONR, there was no lowering the arousal.

However, this method of relaxing ONLY works without any stimulation, so next i want to be able to actively lower arousal during sex. I have been experimenting with different methods, but the only one that benefits in countering the IK's i get, is strong reverse kegels (back RK) on every thrust. however, this comes at a price as they have to be so strong that i almost sh*t while doing them :rolleyes:😅
My hope is that in time, IK's will reduce by this countering response which may lower the need to do the RK's, and otherwise that the pelvic floor will loosen up.

Have anybody experienced something similar and got any tips?

Do you have an out of sex routine that includes techniques to relax you pelvic floor (pf)?

Rk, hindu squats, apt stretches during the day

Describe Hindi squat . There are both hindi squats as used by Indian wrestlers and Hindi squats as used in yoga .
How long have you been doing this routine ?

Feet shoulder width apart and planted flat on the floor, lowering down as much as possible and holding a mild reverse kegel. Been doing this routine since may, but upped the intensy for the last two weeks so much more serious about it now.

Should mention that i am progressing quite well in fleshlighr edging but still struggle during real sex.

You might try widening your stance a bit.

how do you stop yourself from cumming when you feel like your about to? Do you squeeze the muscle like your stoping your urine?

I can do that several ways all reqire training . How far along your progressive edging development are you ?
A reverse kegel early should lower arousal . I take it you are working on plateau edgeing ? Sounds like you are waiting too late to start rk .

Okay good news - so this morning i was able to edge for 20mins with fleshlight without reaching PONR (of course slow tempo and with some stops) - but most of all i was able to counter arousal by using alternating front reverse kegels, and without the high pressure which lead to the above mentioned problem. however it came at the cost of some eq, and actually going soft a few times.

FOr the first time ever i feel like i am really progressing, and believe that if i continue with the routine i will be able to cure my Pre E for good.

I reckon the next step is to find the balance between good EQ and reverse kegels. I won't add kegels for EQ yet, until i have achieved a satisfying amount of time during sex with the wife.

Hii 20 minutes great, i want to ask you something those involuntary contractions you feel are from base of penis or around the anus,
I generally get those from base of my penis which might due to Ic muscle contractions, as these contractions results in shifting of erection level 6 to 10 in 2 3 SECONDS, so is that means my Ic muscle is weak or strong or tight, and how to stop those contractions any idea.

Good to hear, AOH!

While there's certainly a physical component to having a strong erection, some of this comes down to a bit of neurological rewiring. Your nervous system is beginning to learn now that an erection and stimulation doesn't necessarily equate to orgasm. It also has to learn that reduced physical arousal doesn't necessarily equate to loss of erection. And that's just a matter of training. Keep at it! (y)
