Stretching Question

Hi everybody, I'm doing my routine right now, and I just finished the stretching part in the beginning. I've been PEing for almost 3 months (June 1st makes 3) and I have gained half an inch in girth, but almost none in length. I just realized that when I stretch, I do heli shakes after every stretch, is this good or bad. I want to know because I think my dick stretches more without so much blood in it. So, when stretching, should I try to keep myself from getting too much blood in my penis, I just want to know what other people do. BTW, in JP's legendary routine, he does heli shakes so I think I am doing the right thing, just wanting to get opinions. And, while I jelq right after, I often do some heli shakes when I am jelqing flaccid, should I do this or just keep jelqing??? Thanks

Follow the newbie routine to the letter. As long as you do that, you'll be fine. Do ONLY what's prescribed in the newbie routine. Heli shakes are a way to simply get things loosened up in your lig area and in the shaft itself. Like when you stretch, and then do some heli shakes after the fact, those shakes keep things loosened up.

Yes, you want to stretch with as flaccid a penis as possible. If you feel yourself getting a boner, just hold back a minute or two and wait for the erection to subside and then continue.

I don't think you need to worry so much about blood flow with the stretches as they're focused on your ligaments.

If you want more length try doing your jelqs at a lower erection percentage.

i just do stretches and no jelqs because im pretty good already in girth. and when im stretching i like to slap it against my leg i think doing that is better than heli shakes. theres also an article maybe you should check out i think its called length before girth, this might help.
