Hi everybody, I'm doing my routine right now, and I just finished the stretching part in the beginning.  I've been PEing for almost 3 months (June 1st makes 3) and I have gained half an inch in girth, but almost none in length.  I just realized that when I stretch, I do heli shakes after every stretch, is this good or bad.  I want to know because I think my dick stretches more without so much blood in it.  So, when stretching, should I try to keep myself from getting too much blood in my penis, I just want to know what other people do.  BTW, in JP's legendary routine, he does heli shakes so I think I am doing the right thing, just wanting to get opinions.  And, while I jelq right after, I often do some heli shakes when I am jelqing flaccid, should I do this or just keep jelqing??? Thanks
