Hey guys, newbie here.

So I was born with a 7 inch length and 5.1 inch girth and figured since I was already as big as I was, that it would be easier for me to reach the 8x6 everyone here is talking about. This was how I got into PE.

I intend on starting with JP's guide, but what do I do then? I'm planning on doing length first and then girth. What exercises do I do after I'm done with the beginner guide so I can look em up? (like this hanging thing)

Also, would it be realistic to hope for a 1 inch length gain in a year and 0.9 girth gain in another year?

Thanks in advance.

If you decide upon a shorter, user id, send a PM, Private message to 'Control' and an alternative id. If possible, he can help.

:welcome:

Many stay with the JP90, increasing aspects of it. There are advanced Routines, once you get the JP90 done, but there should be no hurry in jumping from a beginners to an advanced routine.

Welcome. I believe you are on the right track starting with the JP program. Your goals aren't too unrealistic and can be had if you take the time and consistent dedication to PE. I would continue to do the JP program until your gains stop. At that point you can decided what other exercises or programs you should try. Good Luck!

Thanks for the support, guys.

Just a quick question though: Is a glass of warm to hot water a good enough warm up? Seeing as I still live with my parents it's a bit unconvenient to constantly be warming up towels and jacking rice when noone's looking.
Also, it says that I should jelq for 5 days, then 2 days rest, but on another thread I found a post that said that was major overtraining for a beginner and that it would be better to do 2 days in, 1 day rest; 3 days in a row max.

Thanks again!

IMO 2 days on 1 day off is always better than 5 days on 2 days off ... with a few extra long rests off though every now and then thrown in there .. I'd checkout the TGC theory before I decided to aim for just length for a year then girth
