I've been discussing PE with an LLM in an attempt to find answers to this question, and I've searched the forums with little results, so I figured I'd start my first thread here.

My bone pressed flaccid comes in at about 6.5", and my bone pressed erect length is 8.5", with 6" of girth. I've got a testicular volume of about 120 ml combined as well, which fluctuates slightly with diet, exercise, and supplementation. I'll upload to my gallery eventually, I'm just shy about posting pics on the Internet. I don't know how to edit my sig either, so I'll put my stats there once I figure it out.

I own a Bathmate Hydroextreme size 9 and I've ordered a RestoreXL for personal use. I plan to start a conditioning routine of basic jelqs and stretches while in my sauna alongside beginner extender work and pumping twice a day (which is what I used to do).

When talking to the LLM, it said that it was a common misconception that if you have more to work with, the more you'll gain, as when you're longer you have less tension to work against. It also said I could gain 1.5" max optimistically.

How true is this, and what intensity of exercises would you recommend for someone starting at my size? What can I do to maximize gains, contrary to what the LLM had to say? I'll be lurking the forums for a while in my own time, so if this question has been answered, please cut me some slack.

I'm not here to stunt or fetishize anything. Please understand that I've had my own problems with my sexual wellbeing and I don't look down on anyone for wanting to be bigger, regardless of where they start. Thank you all in advance.

Updated my gallery. If there are requirements I am not fulfilling for posting pictures, I will upload different ones.

Starting size in my experience his little effect on ability to grow . Some have increased more than 1.5 inches but it is the exception . I would have the normal considerations the intensity . Most people start too intense to be honest .

A point here if you just want to build a conversation piece fine . If however you want to use it I would give some consideration of how big you want to get.

Many here would probably say "good problem to have". And many would probably also ask "why".

To each his own.

I'm not huge 7.25 x 5.25 but I do have to be careful with the missus, else it gets painful and that is the end of the fun for the night. Girls come in all shapes, sizes, and accommodations, but, personally I'd be wary of getting too big. Need to find the Goldilocks size. Good luck.

Definitely starting at a great size. Up to you what size you’re looking for and wanting. Just be aware everyone has a limit and certain sizes will affect positions and depth, etc. Good Luck!

very impressive starting measures

starting bigger will definitely not hurt your ability to gain; if the LLM said that, it's wrong (in fact, LLMs are often wrong, they hallucinate sometimes....)

honestly, i would start with a newbie routine... start light, enjoy the easy gains with low force

definitely include stretches, jelqs, kegels, & a warmup
only increase slowly over time (the newbie routines tend to have great guidelines around this)

pumping is great, start slow, only a few minutes per day. personally i max out at 10 minutes in terms of pumping sessions & don't do more... someone that goes by Avocet wrote a lot about this & discovered that they didn't gain much pumping past 10 minutes. pumping is great for penile health in general. avoid doing max pressure with the bathmate right away, only work up to it slowly over months (and even then be careful; iv'e burst a few veins doing a lot of max pressure work, then with the injury, youre suddenly on a forced decon break)

look for positive indicators, thats how you know you're on track.. that means no injuries, bigger/ thicker flaccid hang, more spontaneous erections, morning wood, & BPFSL growth... and if you're getting all that, then you're probably on track to BPEL growth

post newbie routine i personally always went with devices, i have a set it & forget it appraoch to things (its why i like vac ADS -- low effort, put it on/ other than "stay warm" (eg. with infrared) there's not much to do there & I can multi-task with other things... i still am a big believer in hanging, but my current life setup doesn't support it well.. but also, all PE methods work, so find what you like & if you can make it a consistent habit, then you are way more likely to reach your goals
