I started this routine two weeks ago
10 min warm up - heat pad
Jp90 stretches without kegels
25 wet jelqs follwed by 10 v jelqs I
repeat this 3 times
Edge for 20 min
I do this 2 on 1 off
I do 3x25 quick kegels + 3x25 reverse kegels throughout the day every other day
Just looking for some advice or suggestions. My goal for now is to gain 1" length 0.5" in girth. I quit porn about 3 weeks ago. EQ does not feel as strong as when I was watching porn but I read this will improve overtime.
