I think my tool has been looking bigger lately, but it seems that I entered a weak EQ phase once again, so I probably won't be able to measure for a while.
I don't know if it's related but I've been doing a bit of jelqing again, and more shock stretches.

That weak EQ phase is a mystery, Stan. I'm having it again after my EQ was finally back from that injury. I can't understand the reason behind it.

Me neither, it just feels like there's a missing link between the BC muscle and the base of the shaft...

Exactly. Also, the hornyness goes a way, and the flaccid gets thinner and shorter than what it usually is.

Don't really know how we can find out more about this..

I think for me,weak EQ means I have gained but my body hasn't caught up some it give it the same amount of blood before the gains.So I need rest.

I haven't noticed either of those symptoms, but what it always does to me is screw up my ejaculation control. The weird feeling pelvic floor muscles make me lose my marks: I'm normally able to anticipate and counteract involuntary kegels, but now they just come out of the blue, and at the "wrong" erection level too.

Don't really know how we can find out more about this..

It looks pretty common, but the threads addressing the issue never go beyond negative PI talk. I sure would like to know what's really happening there.

It does feel like this, but I don't think your body knows the amount of blood your unit needs, and the difference would be very small anyway...

Same here, when I was gaining I thought it was just a part of the process, but it still happens now that I have (probably) stopped gaining, and seemingly at the same frequency. I should have kept a more detailed log like yours, and mentioned every small routine change, every random jelq or directional stretch, day after day, maybe something would have clicked by now...

I can recognize the kegel control issue, I lose that as well. They are also weaker. Just today, I struggled to pump enough blood into my dick for some Supra Slammers.

I'm thinking I'm going to continue my routine and take away girth work that I do after the length. That's when I usually watch porn. Going to eliminate this and see if it helps.

As for the hornyness, I think the reason it goes away is because I don't feel like I am in total control of my dick when I enter this phase. That's when I stop getting horny easily. I look at a hot girl and almost won't bother watching.

Really strange phenomenon

I finally got myself a decent ruler. It's straight, accurate, and super rigid, quite a change from the "horse brand" POS!

I guess total time has remained more or less the same, but I'm experimenting with new things for my routine, currently lots of shock stretches and short very intense lock stretches. The shock stretches often give me a semi which I then use for a few slow jelqs, doesn't seem to hurt.

Yes, I stretch every single day, unless I have no privacy, which doesn't happen all that often.

9"15/16 BPEL is confirmed with the new ruler, but I can't seem to hit 10"7/16 BPFSL anymore, probably because the old ruler used to bend a little from all the bone-pressing force :biggrin1: (I can press much harder when measuring BPFSL than BPEL). The difference is very small though, maybe 1/32".

Also I have started a stretching only routine now too. I am getting tired of doing girth work. SO I just gonna stretch only. Are there any tips you could provide ?

I only really edge for my measuring sessions, which I don't do very often anymore now that gains have slowed down.
As far as erect work is concerned, I always make sure to include a few of my heavy duty reverse kegels in my daily jerk-off session, and that's it basically.

Also I have started a stretching only routine now too. I am getting tired of doing girth work. SO I just gonna stretch only. Are there any tips you could provide ?

IMO the single most important thing is to find a way to have a very good grip so you can stretch really hard.

In your stretches you roll back the foreskin and try to grip the penis itself.For that's what I do. I am finding that i can get a nice grip. I have more penis and less foreskin tension. I can literally feel my penis stretch. I don't really feel any slight burn,when stretching but my penis looks like a rubber band. When I touch it while it is stretched it feels stiff like a stretched out rubberband. I can also feel the muscle fibres itself.

My problem is that I am increasing the time by 1% each session. I am afraid that if I stop increasing it I won't gain ? Also I may end up with very long stretching sessions,which would make PE a drag ? I am also stretching everyday. I try not to miss any sessions.

Yep, that sounds like a good stretch to me.

As long as you see gains or at least feel a good stretch, I don't see why you should increase the time. Maybe just do a little more on days when you feel it's "not working". BTW I haven't had one of those days since I switched to more shock stretches, and flaccid is permanently in a very relaxed state, I might be on to something here.
