This is what I have been trying to tell men on here. Doing this kind of stuff will really impress a girl. Nothing beats great multiple orgasms.The girl I've been seeing recently is pretty young (22) and just squirted for the first time a few days ago, and now she's hooked. Here are some things that I do that have worked pretty well in the past:

Not just some quick licking and finger-poking, but kissing and teasing all over until she can't take any more. This can take as long as you'd like, but trust me, there are VERY few girls who would ever complain about too much foreplay. The longer the better.
3. Stimulate the G-Spot. Find your girls G-Spot and begin to stimulate it using the classic "come here" motion with one finger. You will feel it start to grow as you stimulate it more. Every girl is different, but in my experience girls with larger G-Spots are much more likely to be able to squirt, especially through penetration. Now by continuing with this motion with your finger and increasing speed, you can (potentially) make her squirt. Again, every girl is different, so this can take any where from 5 minutes to 5 hours. Be patient. I'm sure there are also plenty of girls who are not able to squirt at all. DON'T ever blame it on yourself or especially on your lady friend if she is one of the girls who can't. If anything, keep practicing.

Good rule generally on all topics involving intimate details of past encounters. Really, oversharing is never a good idea. If I had a time machine, I would go back and erase most of the conversations I had before where information about very intimate facts were shared.

All the girls I've encountered have still wanted sex after squirting except one, but she was pretty much the same way after any kind of orgasm. What I meant by that is that squirting orgasms are intense and having a few in a row would probably drain her energy.
