Yes Sir, just like home remedies for common ailments, they just don't make any money off of those.

I think a lot of it has to do with the negative statements being made by medical professionals about it. They're quick to say that they "don't think it works" or they'll make some anatomically incorrect statements about why they don't think it works (e.g.- http://laborofman.com/2009/01/how-to-kill-a-myth-one-step-at-a-time/).

Give it time. The more men give it a try and see results, the more you're going to hear about it. There's bound to be some point of critical mass when enough men have verified that it works and it will become widely accepted. There's still a ways to go though.

Just remember- when PE does go mainstream, we were here first
