Considering the second male is a prostitute, a woman would definitely choose the first male who is not as endowed as the second male. However, the first male being chosen by a woman is not guaranteed against the second male because of the second male's profession. You are absolutely correct; it is not always the biggest, baddest or longest penis that will cause cervical pain for the woman; sometimes it is an average-sized penis and the man simply needs to wait longer until the cervix is fully aroused so that it can raise up and hopefully get out of the way.
