I bought a pack of smokes in Chicago a couple of years ago $8 I just about sh*t. It's not so much the low temperature as it is the wind and humidity that makes that neck of the wooks so freaking cold. I think you'll be OK to howl at the night sky I've seen weirded than that and I was just visiting.

A pack lasts me three days if I don't bum any out... and I tend to not smoke unless I'm drinking, at work, or driving. I don't need them. I have been without one for about two days now and I don't feel any different.
We need someone who smokes ALOT to try and do a month with no smokes. With their PE, they need to maintain everything... try not to gain much, but maintain your size. After the month, take the measurement and see what happens.
Anyone want to volunteer?
I would, but, like I said, I don't think I smoke enough for it to make THAT much of a difference.

You would likely push up to 9" if you stopped altogether.

Not all stimulants are vasoconstrictors, but nicotine is a potent one, and the vasoconstrictive effects of a single cigarette can last up to 90 minutes. If you are smoking a pack a day or more, you may well be in a permanent state of vasoconstriction during waking hours, at least.

The effect on the penis may differ from individual to individual, but it is never good.

I have smoked for over 30 years! I am a heavy 2 plus packs a day. I have recently been making plans to quit. I have cut down to less than a pack and a half! Already notice the improvements of EQ. I have the patches and thrilled to here the lozenges work so will pick those up as well! I am 44 and this will be my 7th attempt!!! I hate the to acco companies for making them so addicting and we older folk remember the "marlboro" man!

I'd take a smoker over an alcoholic any day. I must confess that I really have no sexual interest in your girlfriend's sisters boyfriend. My heart goes out to your GF's sister, she is living in a daily hell that can only get worse, until her BF get help or dies.

NP97 I am happy to volunteer if anyone is still interested in this.
I have been smoking off and on for nearly 20 years (have smoked for past 3 years solid) and also drink regularly and heavily. I smoke probably around 20-30 cigarettes per day. I often eat quite well but for the past month have been eating all sorts of junk. Guess I got a bit carried away with the festive season. Anyway I am looking to turn it all around this year. I want to stop smoking, cut my drinking dramatically and get fit. I have at least 10kg to lose.

I have been doing PE consistently for 8 weeks on JP's 90 day routine and have gained 0.5cm in both EG and BPEL. I am hoping to stop smoking from next week - 11 Jan seems a good date to remember (11/1/11), so I will take some measurements next week and then see what happens in a month. Hopefully I have huge gains.

Getting old sucks.

I know I have to quit smoking. It's tough. But when I was young, 18-23 I could smoke a cigarette while chugging a budweiser and having sex at the same time. Literally.. (among other illegal substances.. young and stupid)

I smoke about 20 a day, I can still get it up, but I can tell the cigs pay a toll on me and have. Especially now that I've started a routine, I don't want anything to affect my gains when they come :bad: .
