So, since I started consistencly PEing just a little under a month ago, I have had nothing but positive PI's increased frequency of moring wood, a slight EQ increase( EQ is still horrible in comparison to what a 21 year olds should be, as Im still techinally obese at 315), increased vascular appearance, and a nice pliable flaccid state. About an hour after my session, I tryed to do some edging, but I could not for the life of me get a decent stiffy or maintain it for long, I almost hit PONR but it still felt jelly like as if it were partially flaccid. I decided to increase the intensity ever so slightly last week, and I didn't have a problem last week. Also, last week I did wank it way more than usual since it was a pretty free week for me, I just wanted to get an opinion on what might be going on? Just to give ya the scoop, heres how my routine looks,
15 mins warm up
5 mins stretching in all drirections, cranks, kegals
5x15 second flaccid bends
10 mins v jelqs, usually amounts to 150 jelqs with 3 second strokes
15-20 min warm down in tub or shower
