Dear Skeptical,
As a medical doctor, I am too somewhat skeptical of PE. I am one-hundred percent certain, however, that it is possible to achieve “modest gains” by mere elastic deformation of penile structures. In fact, I have already experienced such gains, and am hoping to gather proof that it is possible to gain size through the generation of completely new tissue.
I believe it is safe to say that gains of over 1” in BPEL cannot only be attributed to elastic deformation and are strong evidence that PE stimulates “true growth”, i.e., cellular multiplication. Having said that, I have also not been able to find quality photographic proof on this website or elsewhere online. It must be because it is quite difficult to come up with such photos when you are trying to keep a full erection while straightening your penis with one hand and holding the ruler with the other. Therefore, substantial gains must be made prior to collecting such evidence, which I fully intend to accomplish once my short-term goals are met.
Cheers,
AF
