Today, I did 100 jelqs, and edged to PONR 5 times. I still haven't gotten back on my stretching game. I feel a bit less stressed these days. I can focus and stay on task a little better. Although I haven't been updating my journal, I've certainly been active with my enhancement activities. In general I've settled to about 3-5 times per week with 100 jelqs. I'm bringing back edging. If I can at least work out, edge and jelq, then I'll be satisfied with my routine at least in the short term.
