How did you guys know if you needed it lengthened? I'm uncircumsized and can retract the foreskin past the foreskin 1 inch. After that, there's some minor tilting of the glans.

I noticed i can put down the foreskin and just make it tilt easily with a finger sliding smoothly at My cs.

Doing second tie today, im just pouring booze over it, hurts but just for a while

That's normal. You're causing a lot of trauma to your penis. Did you use some numbing cream?

Yes but somehow it hurt anyway...

If i get skinpieces that hangs of glans, what do i do with those?

Second tie Done, its still attached to the Glans but the sensitive part of frenulum got moved down the shaft so it feels like it wont get enough pressure to cause iks

Hi guys I'm currently on the waiting list for a frenuloplasty,my foreskin can retract about a quarter of an inch past the glans rolling inwards then when I pull harder or penetrate it rolls outwards and bends my head down and I feel pain,I've had PE a lot and find when I retract my penis softens to semi,I suppose I'd be looking forward to the operation if I knew it was going to help but really don't know for sure if it will:-/

And although the doctor said it has no effect on my erection I definitely feel it restricts my glands and just underneath as when I retract the gland go smaller and my erection softens

Any thoughts on this issue would be appreciated
