Hi.
24 YO dude, masturbated since I was really young, bad habbits, classic tale, as I've read a lot of logs from around here in the past month.
I won't go into details about how long I last, I am 100% sure I have PE.
Gave up on porn like almost 2 months ago, I really don't feel the need to watch anymore, neither did I before but it was like a routine, daily, often more then once a day.


For like 2-3 weeks I've been doing some RK, squats, stretches, edging and ballooning now and then, unfortunately not daily and sometimes like 2 times a week. I don't really have a routine that I do daily but I'll try to stick to one and do it at least 3-4 times a week. Today I did a session of at least 1h in the morning and just before now.


So:
Current focus: exploring how my pelvic floor reacts.
Issues: IK's, tense pelvic floor when getting really aroused, really sensitive bellow the frenulum(I will talk about this later)
Exercises: Sometimes I do RK's. Since 2 days, usually starting with some stretches for my pelvic floor, deep squats, as I feel my PF is really tight.
I then make an OK grip under the glans and pull since this gives me a boner. Sometimes it makes me IK but I guess practice and concentration will eliminate them, I don't have them as often as I used to, I think.
After I have an erection, at least 75%, I start edging or sometimes ballooning. Of course, I get to PONR quite fast but this is where i have a bunch of QUESTIONS.


1. How does the increase of arousal feel? I feel like there is something building up(like the feeling of needing to pee, something getting filled or pressure building up) bellow the frenulum, it's hard to pinpoint. Also, that area is very sensitive. And it's not about the shaft I think but more about the skin. Again, it's hard to pinpoint which of them is sensitive since it's hard to stimulate one of them without moving the other.
The frenulum itself is not really sensitive, it doesn't cause pleasure nor pain.
I'm not sure but I think i had phimosis when I was born and I had surgery shortly after to fix it. Gotta talk to my parents about it, not really looking forward to that discussion. Could this cause my forskin to be more sensitive on the inside?
So how does it feel when getting aroused close to the PONR? Do you feel it in the penis or in the whole body?
Does the fact that I feel it in one specific area give some clues about why I have PE and what I need to focus on to cure my PE?


2.How would ballooning influence this sensitive spot of mine? At the moment I mainly focus on stopping the IK's thru concentration. I can control and stop the weak ones but when i get too aroused they are too powerful.


3.RK's don't really help with this "pressure" I feel gathering when getting very aroused and getting close to PONR. Is it because my RK's are weak and my IK's are way too powerful? I don't really like doing RK's because I can't seem to be able to do them without getting my abs tensed and breathing becoming a bit uncomfortable. Also, I feel like burping because I am flexing my abdominals too much I think.


Anyway, I will keep posting questions here.

Edging and ballooning your main focus, everyone has a sensitive penis, some a bit more some a bit less, but your habits are what caused pre e and so need to be reversed.

Lln so you say that most of the time its a bad habbit issues(bad masturbrate and rush orgasm) that lead to preme? And by edging and balooning you can retrain the body and pennis to last long and be resistent to tough sensations?

Ive been doing ballooning/giving friction to the sensitive area qhich is the underside of my shaft for about 1 week now. Been doing it 3 times a week. Ill give it a go for about a month and see if it reduces sensitivity a little bit. Havent seen much improvmeent so far. Last 2 sessions were great but the one i had tonight wasnt. I think i was too excited and wanted to cum so i came too quick. I mean we all have days when we are extra horny haha. Ive always been giving up with routines after about 3 weeks max thinking it doesnt work. Ima take it easy and try this for about 2 months and see jf it does change. edging doesnt really help me to stimulate my sensitive area as the skin goes with the hand..so im just runbinrgb the area dry

Questions at the end of the post, please answer. Also, sorry for the long posts, I'll try and make them shorter or at least highlight the points I'm trying to make.


Yea, I can't really grasp the way ballooning will help(maybe desensitize the zone a bit?) but I figure that if I focus on eliminating the IK's while doing so it will still help and I will get used to it being stimulated.

Well, my sessions usually end with me getting a morale boost, most of the times. I just try and understand my body better and if I learn something new I'm satisfied. I figure that if I understand it better it will be easier for me to control it.
Don't know how long this will work, at some point I guess I'll seriously need results and not just knowledge. I've always needed results in order to get motivated to continue but the fact that I get knowledge and I understand where the issue is(IK's, sensitive area,tense pelvic floor, weak RK's-I think, not sure-) helps me understand what I need to counteract and I will focus on that, instead of just doing stuff and hoping it will work just because it did for other guys. We all know that PE is different for most people.


Currently I'm trying to get used to the ideea that it's not about the destination(orgasm) but about the journey(trying to prolong the plateau). I'm trying to get used to the ideea that I shouldn't want to just orgasm ASAP as I got my body used after years of masturbating to porn. This is hard and I feel like there is this wall that I just don't know how to beat.
Again, I have to explore, experience different things and gather knowledge and the answer will just pop at some point.

I think aiming for the plateau is very important. Most of the times I feel like some pressure is building up inside my penis(mainly my sensitive area) and when I feel it's too much I just IK and that leads to my pelvic floor flexing, tensing and that leads to PONR if I don't stop.

I will get a calendar and mark the days I exercise. Usually, keeping a streak gets me motivated to not take a break and start procrastinating.


Anyway, a couple of questions, more will follow:

1. How do you guys know if your pelvic floor is unbalanced?
For example, if I try and hold a strong RK, my IK's will overpower them. RK's don't help me that much(at this point, at least) and I don't know if I should continue with them since I really don't enjoy practicing them. I get tired because I use my abs too much and I get the need to burp because of that.

2. How do you feel when you are aroused or at the plateau?
Do you feel any tension or preassure in your penis? I'm not sure what I should aim for...feeling close to nothing when getting stimulated or trying to get used to a certain type of pleasure and try and stay there. The second seems harder then the first.

I think so, it's argued that high arousal and anxiety are issues but your going to be aroused when having sex, and if anxiety is a cause why do guys still have issues when alone completely comfortable.
Someone with pre e can't physically handle more intense and continuous stimulation of sex because they never have and their body is trained to go straight to ponr and ejaculate quickly (usually over a number of years ) so fixing it is a lot harder and takes time, but can be fixed 100%.

Did you cure your Pe? If so, now you can control your ejaculate by reverse kegel, or some other techniques?

Yes, I can use rk and kegels for different things but I can last very long without aswel, edging was what developed that.

I'd also like to try training my kegels to gain the ability to stop from ejaculating but I'm afraid I'm going to do more harm by doing this.

I mostly feel some kind of preassure, it's a very nice feeling but I can feel it gather around the zone under my glans corona(no, my glans or corona are not sensitive. I think my foreskin might be...)
I can't figure if the way I feel this pleasure is normal or this is a clue for my issue.
