semen increase: what lecithin to choose?

Hi
i've been looking around to check what to take to get bigger loads and i've been hitting the same problem every time: when you talk about lecithin, does it matter if it's sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin or some other kind of lecithin?
are they all the same chemical component or do they have different actions?

oh, and also i've been torn between choosing between "sabal pygeum" and "pygeum africanum"

Lecithin is what you care about, in terms of chemical component they are the same regardless of where they are derived from.
You do not want Soy Lecithin (or soy products at all for that matter) as Soy contains a high amount of isoflavones which are a plant form of estrogen and are thought to perhaps mimic estrogen in humans (which most people here won't want).

I just get the sunflower lecithin in capsules from walmart. Take two after each meal and be sure you are drinking lots of water. The day before you plan on delivering the pay load take 3 after each meal. Hydration and lecithin makes the biggest impact.

The granular type of lecithin is perhaps the most economical variant and can be used in many ways.
Besides ingestion?....

OK, I am going to try and spray down the little lady, I'm finally going to try the big load formula.

I am not going to say a word, we will judge by reactions. This is going to be fun.

What is the most effective treatment to increase semen volume? (quantities, drugs...)

i'm looking around to make a guide for increasing semen production, put some basic info but i might need some insight from people who does it, what do they use, how much and what was their highest dosage

i based the basic daily intake being:
-zinc (50mg/day) (added selenium is a plus)
-lecithin (1200mg/day, possibly more if the user wants)
-pygeum (250mg/day)
-L-arginine (optional, 1000mg/day)

so, what are you using? your dosages? what's your highest dosages, effectiveness and possible side effects?
