Been doing my routine Monday, tuesday and today. Yesterday I took a rest day.
Today I tested the reversed kegels, and the effect surprised me. Those reversed kegels sure make you able to force a lot of blood into the unit, and this made my Uli's much more effective I think.
Also I have spotted a pattern in my gains. It seems I only gain when taking a break from exercise for a week or more, so from now on I will do my routine for three weeks in a row, and then take a week or more of before beginning again.
This makes me wonder: Perhaps I should take 2-3 weeks of soon as a small deconditioning period, to avoid thoughening my unit over a certain level? Anny thoughts from the Vet's on this?
