Hey fellas. Thanks for the support. For the question on wether I'm natural or chemically assisted. I am 100% natural. I've been working out for a long time now. Over 10 years and my nutrition is spot on.

For the question on why I upgraded to magnum xls. That is because with my increased length, a regular magnum only covers 6 inches of my dick, leaving the other 3.3 inches out in the cold. The regualr magnums were becoming to tight for me as well.

My thundersplace hook up thread didn't get shut down. I still post my weekend nights every week there.

As far as women getting off from all the penis they can't handle, they look at it as a challenge and like the fact that I bottom out in them while stil having a lot of dick left out in the cold.

Could you give a brief summary/outline of your diet saiyan22? I'd appreciate it.

Why even bother working out? You could probably just beat everybody up with your dick.

Thanks for the answers. I was just at Thunder's and I couldn't find that thread, even when I went into your "Show all threads created by" page. It's there now though. Must be an internet thing.

What do you think what the biggest factor in erection length gains, Hanging and ?? stretches ,ADS , etc ...???

What weight are you hanging at now ? Do you think the more heavy the better, safely of course ?

Do you believe girth work like clamping will hinder length gains?

Great work man , inspiration . Thanks

Thanks for the support fellas.

Hey Flanker6. My current workout routine is as follows

Moday, Tueday, Thursday, Friday I weighttraining and 20 mins of HIT cardo afterwards

Monday is chest and biceps
Tuesday is Legs and abs
Thursday is shoulders and triceps
Friday is Back

Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are rest days for me

When training to build muscle make sure to stick with heavy compound movements with barbells and dumbells. Stick with the basics like benchpresses, incline presses, military presses, squats, deadlifts and heavy rowing movements like bent over rows.

this meal 6 seems well ok but i could be better. You could add cottage cheese(i eat 500g, you can see how much is good for you)which is caseine and it takes 3-4 hours to digest and with adding fats like olive oil and almonds to slow it down even more is where it's at.By looking at your diet, carb cycling and how you look my guess is that you are endo-meso with meso being the more dominant.About meal 1 i don't know about bagel but ezekial bread contains really good carbs, see if you find it.Mr. olympia Jay Cutler has been known for eating this bread for breakfast. The rest is great.

Damned weather prevented me from working out all week, plus being sick. Sounds like my routine only I needed to be able to perform for longer. I put on 10 pounds last month and had a body fat of 11.7%. Well back to square 1, I can already tell I've lost some size and weight. But I'll be back next week with a bang! Thanks for the reply man.

Thanks for the support fellas. Yeah I was actually interested in the ezekial bread but I couldn't find any at walmart. The bagels I'm eating are 100% whole wheat which is a complex carb.

As far as the p90x system goes. I prefer seperating lifting from cardio and the p90x system seems to lean more towards light weights and cardio all mixed into one.

I think for muscle building in a trained athlete, heavy compound movements are need as well as rest between sets. In my opinion cardio should be seperate. Either in the morning or right after your weight lifting workout.

Now if you're not interested in building a lot of muscle mass and just want to lose weight and get lean then the p90x system seems cool. But even when in a cutting/leaning out phase, the weights should still stay heavy because anytime your restrict calories to lose body fat you are in a catabolic state and could eat up hard earned muscle in the process.

To maintain as much muscle as possible, it's best to keep the weights heavy with in the 6-10 rep range. So for example if you were benchpressing 315 pounds for 6 reps while bulking up then you should try your best to maintain that feat while cutting to hold on to as much lean mass as possible.

Keep the weights heavy in the 6 to 10 reps range and let the diet and the cardio strip off of bodyfat.

Thanks Alfonso. I appreciate it. At work right now. My dick is feeling the fatigue from the two 20 minute hanging sets I did. Increased the weight to 17.5 pounds. Hopefully new gains will result from this.
