Hey fellas. Saiyan22 aka kingsnake is in the building. I haven’t posted on pegym in a long time. I’ve notice that the last few pages of my thread had some drama going on while I was away. Hope all of that is cleared up. Anyway though, a lot has changed with my life. I’m now a married man with a 10 month old son.

Right after I stopped posting on PEGYM. I got into chemical PE back in 2012 where I was injecting pge1 for 2 to 4 hour erections. During my chemical experiments I was also injecting tb-500 and igf-des but I’m thinking that the peptides where fake because I did not gain any permanent size with them. I did gain a quarter inch in girth from my pge1 chemical erections and was at the time nbpel 9.6 – 9.7 x 6.4 midgirth. After quitting with pge1, I lost that quarter inch in girth. For me the pge1 erections where extremely painful and I had reached a point to where my natural erections where declining and my tolerance for pge1 was rapidly going up to sustain a 2 to 4 hour erection. It was like my dick became lazy and relied on the pge1 to get me hard during sex. Once this started happening that was the final straw for me and I quit cold turkey on pge1. After a month off of pge1, I got my normal erections back but lost the quarter inch in girth gain which meant that the many months of painful 2 to 4 hour pge1 erections didn’t give me any permanent gains.

Afterwards I decided to go back to my roots and started focusing more on what got me substantial permanent gains to begin which was hanging, pumping, clamping and jelqing. A few weeks into it I injured myself from jelqing to hard with to high an erection level. I got scarring on the right side of my penis at midshaft from this injury and lost some size bringing me down to my current size of npbel 9.3 inches x 6.2 midgirth x 6.4 base girth. Even with the lost in size I’m still along way from my staring size before PE 6 years ago which was 8 x 5.2.

So now being married and having a child, I got back into PE a couple of months ago with pumping being my main focus and is the back bone of my PE workouts for permanent gains. My focus is to gain back what I’ve lost from the scarring and hopefully surpass that to reach my final goal of 10 x 7.

So twice a day. In the morning and at night I do my topical chemical treatments which consist of applying DMSO solution with paba powder dissolved in it to help soften the tunica and connective tissues. Next I apply magnesium chloride to my penis because magnesium chloride is also a transdermal and it supplies energy to cells to help with cell proliferation and is a natural calcium channel blocker which is good with preventing scar tissue build up reversing it.

I was using transdermal verapimil gel but after hearing about it’s ineffectiveness to reach the tunica transdermally, I stopped using it. So right now my PE routine consist of heavy pumping workouts and using my cock cushion rings to maintain engorgement in between pumping sessions.

My pumping workout is as follows.

(Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday) Heavy Training days
2 thirty minute pumping sets in the morning
2 thirty minute pumping sets in the evening

(Monday, Thursday, Friday) Light active recovery days
20 to 30 minutes of light pumping

Sometimes If I have time, I’ll do my 2 hours of pumping all in the morning instead of splitting them up into 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.

With my workout’s I’m using my vacutech cylinders attached to my CTC computer pump. I use my 12x2.25 tube for the first hour and before that hour is up, I’ve packed the tube girth wise. I warm up with 4gs of pressure and work my way up with in the first hour to 7gs but using dynamic techniques of pulsing the pressure up and down. So for the first hour I have my pump programmed for 1g for 5 seconds, 4gs for 5 seconds, 5 gs for 5 seconds, 6 gs for 5 seconds, and 7 gs for 5 seconds. After that cycle is over it goes back to 1g and starts the cycle over.

For the second hour I use my 2.5 tube for further expansion and to really hit the internals of the penis that runs down the scrotum area.

Toward the end of the second hour I’m using higher pressure to really hit the ligs and internals hard for length gains. My cycle in the 2.5 tube is as follows currently. 0.4gs for 5 seconds, 1 g for 3 seconds, 4gs for 5 seconds, 5gs for 5 seconds, 6gs for 10 seconds, 7gs for 10 seconds, 8gs for 5 seconds, 9gs for 5 seconds, 10gs for 5 seconds. After that the cycle starts back over to 0.4gs and so on to help keep fresh blood entering into the penis.

During my pumping sessions I pull out of the tube every 30 minutes and let my penis go flaccid to drain out all the blood. I then edge for 5 to 10 minutes to reestablish a nice strong erection and flood the penis with fresh oxygenated blood. Then I go back into the tube rock hard and try to stay rock hard by milking the tube and watching porn.

I strongly believe that one should try his best to keep a natural solid erection going while in the pump so the pump session will push the tunica’s limits to bring about cellular remodeling over time. Not to mention by keeping a decent erection in the tube, this helps with fresh oxygenated blood flow into the penis which is critical for cell proliferation and mitosis in the penis. So for me watching porn and milking the tube is a must while pumping.

After my pumping sessions, I wear a cock cushion ring to stay semi engorged for 30 minutes to an hour to keep the tunica expanded a little while longer. After 30 minutes I take off the cock ring and edge to a full erection to reestablish fresh oxygenated blood and erection quality. If I’m up for it I’ll put my cock cushion back on for another 30 minutes. I’m currently trying to train my penis to keep my cock cushion on all day to really keep the tunica expanded and healing in an extended state.

Although I consider my pge1 experiment a failure I am all for the use of peptides with penis growth and believe the peptides I purchased were fake which explains why I was able to buy them for such a cheap price. I now have a legit place to get my hands on real igf and tb-500 which I plan on injecting under the skin of my penis but not through the tunica this time. I have been discussing chemical PE with Dr Howard and we both agree that igf for sure does cause angiogenesis and cell proliferation in penis when injected. TB-500 also causes angiogenesis in the penis and helps with elasticity of connective tissues and ligaments. Not to mention TB-500 accelerates wound healing in damaged tissue as well.

So with my pumping workout my, unpumped erect girth is 6.25 inches at midshaft but now after a pumping workout my midshaft girth is reaching 6.9 inches even in a semi erect state. Almost 7 inches in circumference. I’m hoping that with time and consistency my unpumped girth will start climbing to the range of my pumped girth since my pumped girth is increasing.

In the pics you will notice that I have a strip of tape right under the glans of my penis. This is to keep fluid retention down since I don’t like the post pumped donut look from high pressure pumping. So far with the tape under my glans, I don’t get that bloated edema look right under the glans but get nice uniformed expansion along the shaft.

Hey kickinthemebs. Yeah I talked with Dr Howard a few weeks ago about Ostarine and it seems like some good stuff. Might be better then using DHT since it won't down regulate your natural testosterone production like testosterone cream or Dht cream does.

Been hitting PE super hard and dedicated as ever to reach nbpel 10 inches. I have changed my PE approach slightly with my main hanging angle being downwards angle hanging by standing up and letting the weights hang straight down. Unfortunately my clothes rack broke so I’m unable to do my normal upward angle tunica hanging until I get a new clothes rack. It sucks because I was up to hanging 20 pounds with that angle but the clothes rack couldn’t take it. LOL. Been hitting the downward lig angle for around a month now and up to hanging 17.5 pounds in that angle. I Will be adding weight slowly since I can feel the ligs getting hit hard with this angle.

I’ve been studying a lot on the topic of mitosis and cell division and from my findings which is nothing new, long constant tension is the key to mitosis taking place and staying constant. All it takes is low level but constant force for many hours a day to accomplish this. When it comes to heavy tension like what you get from hanging, this stimulates many more cells into mitosis which is what we want but once the tension is gone those cells that divide don’t do so in an extended state so the cells start layering over each other trying to occupy the same space at the same time. This creates more tissue density over time which is counter productive to what we are trying to do since the denser the tissues get, the tougher the tissues become. This is why guys with conditioned penises and vets have a harder time making gains then newbies. The tissues become denser and stronger from lack of ADS use to allow healing and mitosis to complete it's cycle in an extended stretched state.

This in my opinion is why an ADS system is needed to keep the penis stretched out while the cells divide and the penis heals from the heavy stress work done before hand. With the penis in a constant stretched state this keeps the micro tears induced by the heavy weight hanging open so when the cells divide they fill in the micro tears without stacking on top of one another, adding length and girth to the penis from an increase in raw tissue mass.

People who stretch there ears to fit huge gages in them. People who have there lips stretched and wrapped around those huge plates in some African cultures. People who have to get inflatable balloons under there skin to stretch there skin, creating new skin for skin grafts is all a product of mitosis. Constant low level traction forces the cells to divide to increase tissue mass in the direction of the traction in an effort to relieve the stress that the traction is causing.

Now in my opinion for vets like me and others with some tissue toughness, to kick start mitosis, heavy traction is needed to cause the initial stimulus and force a great deal of cells into mitosis right away. This is where heavy hanging comes in. Afterwards the penis needs to heal from the micro damage and stress that the heavy weights caused but healing while retracted is counter productive because the cells will just divide and overlap each other trying to occupy the same space, making the tissues tougher and denser. An ADS device that has just enough tension to not interrupt healing but at the same time has enough tension to keep mitosis going is in my opinion the true key.

So for newbies, nothing but low level traction for at least 2 to 12 hours a day is a great start for gains and for vets like me with toughen and conditioned tissues, high level traction for 20 minutes to 1 hour is needed to cause the initial controlled damage and micro tears, followed by 2 to 12 hours of light low level traction to keep mitosis going while the penis heals in an extended state.

So for me I’ve been using my snake hanger for my heavy weight hanging sessions. For wrapping I’m using cock cage rings attached at about midshaft to grip my shaft firmly to avoid excessive skin pulling. Next I apply some thera-band lightly around the cock cage ring then I secure it with a Velcro strap. Afterwards I attach my snake hanger and I’m ready for some heavy hanging.

For ADS I have been using two different ADS systems that I switch up when I feel like a change. My first ADS system is a silicone sleeve with a 2 pound steel cap connected to it. I roll the sleeve onto my penis like a condom and it grips my penis with its on natural vacuum seal. This keeps my penis stretched out with 2 pounds of force when I’m standing and walking around the house. When sitting down, I simply just let my penis hang down over the chair or couch I’m sitting on so gravity can do its job with the weight cap hanging. With this ADS, using only 2 pounds of traction, blood circulation stays in tact so I wear this for 4 to 10 hours a day and only take it off during the day if I have to use the bathroom. I got this excellent product from LG Hanger engineer and fellow PEGYM member, Marlin.

My other ADS system is what I wear out in public and at work which is an LG Hanger and a leg strap that I have with 2 retractable pulley systems attached to the strap. Each pulley exerts 1.5 pounds of tension so with 2 pulley systems attached to my leg strap, I have 3 pounds of constant low level traction force hidden under my pants while I’m at work. In the future I’m going to add more pulley units to my leg strap to increase the traction. The pulley units are retractable so weather I’m standing, walking, sitting or doing anything the pulley units retract and protract so I get a constant 3 pounds of force no matter what I’m doing. With the LG Hanger system I wear this for 4 to 10 hours but take it off in every 2 hours and edge to ensure good blood flow to the tissues as well as take a piss break.

Right now my routine is as follows:

TOPICAL CHEMICAL TREATMENT

First thing in the morning: Nascent iodine treatment for 10 minutes/ DMSO/PABA treatment for 10 to 15 minutes to soften tissues and stop any inflammation.

At night right before going to bed I apply magnesium chloride on my penis to stop potential scarring since magnesium chloride is a mild calcium channel blocker and a transdermal. Magnesium chloride also increases cell metabolism which will speed up cell proliferation from my PE workouts.

Monday through Friday

Morning session: 2 to 3 twenty minute sets of heavy hanging
5-10 minutes of Edging to get fresh blood back into my dick and establish good EQ
Choice of ADS system to wear for 6 to 10 hours after morning hanging session and edging.

Night time: 1 to 2 twenty minute pumping sets to work on girth and nourish the penis with fresh oxygen and nutrient rich blood after many hours of ADS system stretching.

Saturday and Sunday

Rest from Hanging. Just ADS use for 4 to 10 hours then at night time 1 optional twenty minute pumping set.

Here are some pics of my heavy hanging sessions with my snake hanger and wrapping method before attaching the snake hanger. Afterwards I have some pics of my LG Hanger ADS systems attached to my pulley system leg strap that I wear when I’m at work or out in public. Next up I have some pics of my other ADS system with the rubber sleeve and 2 pound steel cap which I wear when I’m at home. Last but not least I have some edging pics that I do after taking off my ADS system for the day.
