Hey

I'm a newbie and I got my penis wounded the other night. I couldn't warm down because some visitors came home so I had to stop my routine at the very end. The following day, I had some dry skin at the base of my penis. I jelqed anyway, but guess what: at the end of the day a wound appeared in that place. Two days after, the wound has is getting better but I lost 2 days of PE because not warming down.

Please, read KP´s advice. You don't wanna lose days like this.

Yes,its very smart,important and helpfull post..I was start PE before 4 years...and in start it was everything ok, but then I screwed after 2 year of too tight grip and too hard stretch..and dammaged dorsal nerve,my cock was going through many states...now I can say it healed up,maybe 50 - 60 % its better after 2 years...I think that Im gonna start to apply some hot wraps to heal it to 100%...so now I dont know how times I have to apply it,maybe 2 times a day for 10 to 20 minutes...I dont know what is better..hot wraps or warm shower...Only that 2 ways I can use for warming....I feel like I would re-start it but I wanna to heal it up to 100 %..but if it heal it up to 100 % I think I will restart PE and start slowly with light routines and I will keep this post in my mind...We are actually learning on our mistakes....but I know,patience is the key but it takes a long...Im wishing to all people with same problems fastest and the best healing!!

Anyone who is looking for advice on how to treat a penis injury (regardless of how you got it) I would suggest starting a thread on the "Penis Injuries" subforum here. It's listed under the ED forum, and has lots of helpful threads and gets a lot of attention.

Great post! This is a definite to be concerned about. People cannot just go and start ripping and tearing into the penis enlargement exericises and use of devices. Because that is what will happen. (Rippin and Tearing) This is a sure way to injure yourself.

I can't understand what a "wound" on the penis has to do with a skipped warm down... btw warm up is way more important than warm down IMO

It may be that both are just as important.

I have been using an extender for a while and started adding in a jelqing routine in the morning. I've been jelqing for about 2 weeks now. I'm doing about 400 jelqs or 15 minutes I think each day. No death grip, but I feel like doing a reasonable amount of pressure so far-but it's no "feather grip". There are zero signs of injury and lots of signs of girth increase (I get 70-80%) hard. Am I just getting lucky or does this sound okay for someone new to jelqing and no manual background in PE at all?

You may find it beter to soften up the grip, not just for safety, but for maximum expansion. 400 sounds like your jelqing to fast, slow the rep down and you wil se some great pumping.

I would not risk it, even being a over masturbator.
You want to jelq as slow as posible with asoft grip. Like 5, 10, or even 20 seconds per stroke.

Now I also did a couple Ulis at full erection (90% anyway) and still found I had to clamp down pretty hard or the blood was leaking out by 20 seconds. On the Uli, do I do an overhand OK grip like with jelqing? When I tried other ways to grab it, it would be off center (pointing my dick left or right) so I figured I was gonna give myself a curve and it should stick straight out with a Uli. Can you clarify this for me when you get a moment KP or anyone who knows? Thanks.

Also, is it okay to jelq at say 70%, but straight down, like milking a cow? Usually I think guys do it with it standing straight out, but my method seems more accurate (symmetrical) when I do it straight down like milking myself. Please advise, thanks!

Your suppose to be 100% erect to do uli's, to avoid the curbe do a double uli. one grip on top tof the other. In other words you doing uli's with both hands.

Yes it is ok to jelq at 70% pointing downwards if you like.

so what if your dick has a discoloration 0n the underside, its been un pe'd for over a month and still looks bruised?

I started this maybe two weeks ago and I have been using a pretty intense grip, to the point where my dick is tingly. It doesn't hurt at all ... It almost feels good. I get erect when I do this.

But, there has been a little discolouration. On my glans, there s a tiny spot (mm in length) that has become red. It doesn't hurt when I touch it. If I didn't see it, I wouldn't know it was there.
Also, my dick was blue this morning. I slapped it a couple of times and it went to normal.

I haven't been feeling too worried about it because I don't feel pain. But it hasn't turned blue too often in the past and that red dot is abnormal. I'm looking at it now, and it looks like a scar.
Does any of this sound familiar?

Wow, I'm going to lighten up my grip for a while. I want those nerves to be safe. I try to be conscious of their location and and exert the gripping force more on the sides of the shaft, behind the glans a bit. I've been thinking how cool it would be to have a measurable gain by my birthday at the end of the month, so I may have had some extra enthusiasm at times. I lot of the things I'm experiencing are apparently pretty normal for beginners. Some soreness, stingy peeing, but I was particularly concerned about the possibility of cramping pc muscles. I think I have a naturally strong pc muscle, but having never worked it out before, maybe I'm more susceptible to cramping. I think I'll stick with the quick kegels and stop the extended kegels throughout the day until it's used to exercise. I'm glad I read this thread. I'm going to take more care. Finding out about PE was an early birthday present anyhow.

You don't have to feel pain to injure your penis, but you will at the rate your going. So soften up the damn grip!!!!
