I've done PE off and on over the years, but it has always been hard to find time to do it with a family and all. It's not that I am unhappy with my size, but I always wanted bigger. Probably a pretty normal story. I recently started a new job and have more time alone at home during the day so I figured I'd try and get on a solid routine. I have one that seemed to work in the past, so I'm going to go back to that one. It is pretty basic, but from all the gleaning I've done over the years and the way I know my body reacts, this works for me.

My routine is a combination of JP90 parts, squeezes and side to sides, followed by pumping using a setup I built a while back.

When I started my first round a long time ago I was at 5.75" BPEL and 1.5" width. Today I just measured at 6.25" BPEL and 1.875" width. I'm not really worried about flaccid length or anything, just want it bigger when I'm hard. My ultimate goal is 7", but probably a pipe dream. Pun intended. I'm probably going to try and update this on a weekly basis just to show my progress.

I am also starting to exercise again so hopefully it'll make me look even bigger. LOL

So this routine seems to be working pretty well for me and I'm honestly not sure why it is going up so fast, but I'm not complaining. I do this every other day, takes about 30 minutes. Today I measured at 6.75" and 2" wide. I have a feeling I'm going to sit at this size for a long time, though. This is bigger than I ever have been and I'm betting it is just a plateau. Hoping maybe I'll just keep growing and growing though!

So yeah, starting over again. Shortly after this post my wife was diagnosed with cancer and has since passed away. I'm gutted. I am starting to work on my health and workout/weight loss routine and figured I'd add this in. Anything that can make me feel better about myself at this point. I am in the worst shape of my life after a lot of depression and overeating. She would want me healthy and happy so time to work on that. I will post initial stats tomorrow when my routine starts.

Hey man, very sorry to hear this news about your loss. Let your memory of her love for you continue to guide your positive actions for self-care. You're on the right track with that.

Years ago I developed a habit of walking long distances (rain, shine, snow, sleet, or hail) when I was depressed. It became a daily habit even when I wasn't depressed and helped me manage both my mental and physical health.

Keep up the good work.
