Well obviously somebody with a 6.5 inch girth isn't gonna get tols he has a small penis. With that size in girth you can please pretty much every girl and yeah I have never been told I have a small penis but if I did I wouldn't stoop to there level I would just say if you want a bigger penis then go find one and I hope that a bigger penis makes her happy. Or I would be nice but smart and say its not like I choose what size my penis is my mom did.
