Looking to get one of those as add to my PE. Can bathmate can be used with out water to? What about gains really interested in thickness gains and how stable they are with using pump?
As this will be my first pump looking to get hydromax x40 I'm 6,5'.

I think you'll be fine with an X40 if you're currently at 7.5. You can probably handle a Goliath but it's really a huge huge pump and I tend to steer people away from it unless they're over 8.5 to start. X40 should be suitable for you.

If you use a lot, then yes, it could get slippery. A small bit to just moisten the skin shouldn't cause the pump to slip while pressed against the body, and it helps some people avoid chaffing. Use of it is up to the particular person...it's definitely not necessary other than comfort and avoiding irritation, but many people find it helpful.

Thanks for considering the Bathmate to add to your PE routine. As I often mention, I'm a big fan of using the BM as a tool in conjunction with jelqing and manual PE routines. To answer your questions, yes, Bathmate can be used without water. Typically users of Bathmate experience girth gains before length, though part of that will depend on your routine and your body. Permanent gains happen over time...the same way you don't gain muscle if you go to the gym here and there and skip big periods in-between, you won't see permanent gains unless you devote yourself to the 'PE gym'. So just keep it. For your size, I think you're better off starting with the Hercules or X30.

Please define excessive pressure. I have been using a Hydromax X40 which I have been using since 1/7/14. I use it 3-4 times a week and now at the max of 20 minutes. After using the pump for the past 8 months I cannot get past the 7 3/4 mark on the visual scale; I cannot get the bellows pump to go any further even though the visual scale goes to 8 1/2 iinches/21.59cm. Am I doing something wrong or is it time to go to the X40 extreme? Maybe I have not been using the pump long enough?

I have ordered the Bathmate Hydromax X40 Xtreme, and it is due to arrive this morning by special delivery.
I intend to use it to replace jelqing.
I'm also a Penimaster Pro extender user, and am currently getting between 9 and 12 hours a day in it.
My question is:
I like to extend with the Penimaster Pro for 6 hours in the day, then I have a bath every evening (when I will be using the Bathmate), but is it ok to continue extending with the Penimaster Pro in the evening afterwards?
I have read that Bathmates can give a penis engourgement for around 2 hours after using it, I wouldn't want to extend in that state. But I also intend to make the Bathmate my primary PE treatment, so would be prepared to sacrifice the evenings extending hours to avoid hindering progress with the X40. (I'm very sure that 6 hours of extending with the Penimaster Pro, followed by a session with the X40 Xtreme would be a highly rewarding daily PE routine anyway if it would be best to not extend in the evening following a bathmate session).

Well my X40 Xtreme did arrive this morning, and I must say, I'm very impressed!
I haven't used it yet, I will this evening, but as a package, I'm very pleased;
I love the case, the towel is a great touch, even the cleaning device is a welcome accessory. But what has really impressed me is the measuring tool. I will continue to use a measuring tape for girth, but for length the measuring tool that comes with the X40 is incredible. I have been previously using a steel engineers rule, and have found that it is very easy to introduce unwanted variables due to human error such as eye sight angles and pressure when measuring BPEL etc, but this measure tool takes all these variables away.
So although I can't comment on the products primary function at the moment, I must confirm that I am very pleased with the quality of the whole package, and the pride that the manufacturers clearly have in their product.

I've been thinking about getting a bathmate at some point. I am wondering about size, I am 7.2 X 5, would I be ok with the hercules/x30 or would the x40 be better for me? I have been seeing a lot of conflicting information.
Also is shaving necessary? will it work well without shaving? I really don't want to shave.

Hy i just buy the bathmate a week ago and used it first time maybe to much presure i think,now i hawe for over a week red skin on the begining of my penis and it want go away i didnt use bathmate after that cause im wory it will get worse now you tell me will it go away and which cream should i use for it and should i use bathmate furter? thx for your help.

Thanks for writing in with your questions. Regarding "excessive pressure" I'm referring to building up more pressure than what is needed (depending on where you're at in your pump usage). The same principle as lifting at the gym applies - the best way to build muscle isn't to jump up from (for example) 100lbs straight to 175lbs, even if you can manage it. It's best to tier your approach, getting to 125lbs and staying there for awhile as you build muscle and endurance. Then 150 and so on. The same thing applies here. You may feel fine with going to the maximum pressure you can tolerate, but it's not the best way to safely and effective grow your penis. This is a gradual process of creating small tears that heal by growing additional tissue and effectively 'stretching' those out over time. It's a marathon, not a race.
As for stalling out at your current level, I think the best option from there, assuming you've only been pumping, is to incorporate jelqing into your routine. Use the Bathmate as a warm-up tool, then develp a jelq routine. JonPop on this forum has a good one. Big Al can help with questions to develop a routine that's right for you. It'll take some experimenting to see what you're comfortable with and what you best react to, but it should help kickstart those gains again. The X40 Xtreme isn't functionally different than the regular X40 - it just comes with all the extras, so I'd advised going the jelqing route, or consider combining the pump with an extender (SizeGenetics and Phallosan seem to make good ones).

Thanks for getting in touch. At your size, if you're length goals are modest you would be fine with Hercules or X30 (max 7.8 x 6.3). If you're really targeting more length, you'd have to jump up to the X40 (max 9 x 7.5). Without knowing your particular goals, I'd say you're probably big enough to jump to X40, but I don't think you'd have a problem if you stayed with the Hercules. As for shaving, it really depends. I personally don't shave for usage and haven't had any suction issues. Some users find it difficult to maintain a seal against their body and shaving can help that. Personally I don't think it's necessary...may just take some people awhile to figure out how to apply it (though to be fair, everyone's body is shaped differently, so that can play into it).
