Hi guys. Totally new here - searched the forums, but didn't find much on this topic, or maybe I didn't look hard enough. Point me in the right direction please!
I want to last longer in bed, and I'm uncircumcised. My penis is pretty sensitive. I usually last longer in bed under the following conditions:
1. I'm tired
2. I don't feel like having sex
3. I haven't masturbated in a while, so I can stay hard even when I think of the nastiest things to keep me from ejaculating too quickly.
4. Doggy position (missionary makes me cum way too quick, and in doggy I can really concentrate on relaxing my pelvic muscles and just use my legs to thrust, and relax my abs and breathe.)
I'm aware of kegels, reverse kegels, etc. and have been doing them for a long time. My PC muscles are very strong.
I truly think that the sensitivity of the head of my penis is the problem, and I'd like to fix it. It hurts when my gf performs oral on me, and my penis feels sensitive during sex, since we don't use condoms.
Here are the things I've tried to reduce the sensitivity of my penis:
1. Put Orajel on my penis to numb it before sex, then wash it off before insertion.
2. Put Listerine on my penis twice per day, because the burning sensation overstimulates the nerves and numbs it a little.
These things work! But only a little. I want to last even longer. For maybe 5 minutes or so would be perfect.
Here's what I'd like to try putting on my penis: Sensodyne toothpaste, and Vicks Vaporub.
A few people on the internet have said that these things might work, but I really don't know, since it's hard to find who to believe, or if they're joking.
Please tell me if putting Sensodyne or Vicks on my penis would reduce the sensitivity, and if it's safe. I know it doesn't SEEM safe or like a good idea, but since Listerine and Orajel worked, why not go a step further?
Essentially I want to build up "calluses" on the head of my penis and deaden the nerves a little bit. Rubbing it often only irritates it and makes it MORE sensitive, but using mild chemicals seems to work.
