Recommended: All Day Stretcher?

Do you recommend an extender/ALL DAY STRETCHER that are comfortable?
It needs to be comfortable, I'm sick and tired from garbage products. I have a big (also thick shaft and glans) penis as well, so not even: Stealth Stretcher or SizeDoctor fits me.

I have tried these as well:
SiliStretcher (Sleeves did not fit me).
Phallosan forte (did not fit and was painful, sleeves + traction/stretch system).

Is there anything else that would be good?
