Hi, Pegym!

I'm starting this log to increase my discipline, encourage new guys and get some advices. Well, I have been changing my life a bit since 2012, I began a weight loss journey and lost 110 pounds. I'm 5'75'' and now my weight is 155-160 lbs. I'm happy wth it and still working (paleo diet/yoga/p90X3). I found my abs, yeah, I have one.

With that said, there was one thing I was unhappy: my little friend. It didn't got me 100% away from girls, I have been with a girl for 3yrs and get some after we split (2011). I consider myself a nice guy. But my flaccid size killed my self-esteem, and the problem gets worse being overweight. Until now my flaccid was 3' both FL and FG (30 ml). Sure there are smaller guys out there, but you know...weight problem + small flaccid= I don't even know what write here.

My erect size never compromise my life in bed, at least anyone never said nothing. My ex gf said that I'm good in oral, btw.

So, Jan/14 arrives and Pegym pops on my browser, I got really excited, read A LOT and start JP90. I'm on week 9, so my workout is:

- 10 mim warm up (rice sock)
- 1 round of streches: left + 30 kegels + 10 circles right + 10 left + helicopters. Repeat all that to the right, down, up and out.
- 3 sets of 50 Jelqs + 30 V-jelqs
- 10 min warm down (rice sock)

This week I started ballooning, at least one hour/day. I love it. My flaccid this week was a little more than 4' FL and FG, I'm very pround of that (76+ml). My penis is more elastic and with A LOT more veins, feeling good, EQ around 9/10 10/10 most of the time. Monday I'll start week 10.

I don't like free lessons, but, if you are reading this and have weight problems, please, don't give up on yourself. There are other ways.

Week 10, Day 01 (JP90)


-10min warm up (rice sock)
-1 set of streches (w/ kegels)
-3 sets of 50 Jelqs + 30 V-jelqs
-10min warm down (rice sock)

Ok session. MW 7/10. Most of the day my flaccid was longer and fatter than last week. Feels great :). Ballooning time later (~1h).

Start to think about what to do after JP90. Considering go for a second round of it before add next level stuff.

I did one more set of J+V-J, depending on the feedback I'll do 4 sets for the last 3 weeks. If next step is another round of JP90 I'll start with 2 sets of J+VJ.

Good session, enjoyable. MW 9/10. Flaccid looking good, still bigger than last week. Notice some new little veins, I hope it's good.

Since last week I limited ejaculation to 2-3 times/week, my libido is higher and it's good coz makes me more active. And erections are more easy.

Ballooning time later (~1h). I love it.

Day 3

Feeling ok about add one more set of jelqs. MW 7-8/10. Flaccid looks good. Even after ejaculation last night, sex drive is high today.

-10min warm up (rice sock)
-1 set of streches (w/ kegels)
-4 sets of 50 Jelqs + 30 V-jelqs
-10min warm down (rice sock)

Maybe not ballooning today.

Well as long as your PIs are good then add on the set of jelqs but definitely keep your PIs in mind afterwards and see if your body can take the add-on to the exercise. Great gains so far! :D

Ok session. Flaccid a little bit shy, less elastic. MW 8/10. Starting to recognize some PI's patterns (I'll explore this after rest days). Ballooning later (~1h).

Ballooning is amazing, I never felt my penis so strong and harder. And it helps flaccid too. Feeling really confident about my penis (meaning stamina not only size) and myself.

Ok session. Before start ballooning, I (my penis) normally was a bit tired in the end of the week. Now (after 2 weeks ballooning) I don't see significant difference between mondays and fridays. Well, maybe my diet and workouts are helping too.

Lots of ballooning today. Sat+Sun=rest.

8/10 MW wake me up today. Nice Flaccid, medium libido. Some purple veins are more visible today.

Really good session. Again, while jelquing, notice girth gains.
