Hi, Pegym!
I'm starting this log to increase my discipline, encourage new guys and get some advices. Well, I have been changing my life a bit since 2012, I began a weight loss journey and lost 110 pounds. I'm 5'75'' and now my weight is 155-160 lbs. I'm happy wth it and still working (paleo diet/yoga/p90X3). I found my abs, yeah, I have one.
With that said, there was one thing I was unhappy: my little friend. It didn't got me 100% away from girls, I have been with a girl for 3yrs and get some after we split (2011). I consider myself a nice guy. But my flaccid size killed my self-esteem, and the problem gets worse being overweight. Until now my flaccid was 3' both FL and FG (30 ml). Sure there are smaller guys out there, but you know...weight problem + small flaccid= I don't even know what write here.
My erect size never compromise my life in bed, at least anyone never said nothing. My ex gf said that I'm good in oral, btw.
So, Jan/14 arrives and Pegym pops on my browser, I got really excited, read A LOT and start JP90. I'm on week 9, so my workout is:
- 10 mim warm up (rice sock)
- 1 round of streches: left + 30 kegels + 10 circles right + 10 left + helicopters. Repeat all that to the right, down, up and out.
- 3 sets of 50 Jelqs + 30 V-jelqs
- 10 min warm down (rice sock)
This week I started ballooning, at least one hour/day. I love it. My flaccid this week was a little more than 4' FL and FG, I'm very pround of that (76+ml). My penis is more elastic and with A LOT more veins, feeling good, EQ around 9/10 10/10 most of the time. Monday I'll start week 10.
