Reading your post, I came to the conclusion the top of your penis came off from using this device. You might want to consider fleshing this out a bit for clarity.

I ordered the xsleeve starter set today. I am hoping for an ADS that is discreet and comfortable and spare me from turtling. I have been PEing for just under 6 months and this is my first experiment with devices.
My XSleeve arrived yesterday and I tried it today for the first time. It comes without instructions so I went to the website and watched the video again. It was pretty easy to put on and I expect that it will get easier with practice.
It was comfortable and I wore it under my clothes, at work, for about 2 hours. I took it off when my penis began to feel tired. When I took it off, it took several hairs with it. (Ouch) but I was still extended, not to full length, but definitely not turtled either.
So far I am pleased by its comfort, ease, and stealth.
I am unsure how to work it into my PE routine. My current thought is to put it on and wear it after stretching. (I usually stretch for 30 minutes early in the day and then jelq for 30 minutes late in the day.)
Suggestions are welcome!

Day 2: I put my xsleeve on after 30 minutes of stretching. It feels good. I noticed a small tear this morning and had to cut off about 1/2" from the sleeve. (It is quite soft.)
Day 2: 3 hours. I am getting better at putting it on and taking it off. I gave myself a haircut before putting it on this morning but I still pulled a few hairs out when taking it off. I have decided, for now, just to wear it on PE days and not on rest days. Also I will wear it after stretching and edging but not after jelqing.

I received my XSleeve and autoextender a couple of days back. I figured out autoextender fairly easily but I had a hard time putting on the XSLeeve. This may seem like a pretty stupid question but do you put the XSleeve on in an erect state or when flacid? I hope to report back soon with my autoextender gains. Good luck with your pursuit!
Prepare the xsleeve and then get the biggest baddest erection you can. Put the cone against your glans, pull any loose skin down away from the glans and then unroll the sleeve down the shaft, pausing in the middle to pull any loose skin up towards the glans and then unroll the sleeve the rest of the way. You don't want a gap between the cone and your glans because, as your erection subsides, it creates a vacuum and your glans can look pretty messed up when you take the sleeve off. (I know this, alas, from experience, but, happily, all the wrinkles went away pretty quickly.)

So far, so good. I have worn the XSleeve up to 6 hours at a stretch and am much better at taking it on and off. I have cut back to 4 days a week to give myself more rest.
One important safety tip: although the website says you can pee through it, don't. The sleeve slightly squeezes your cock and to pee ou must over come that pressure. The results can hurt. Take the extra minute or two to take it off, pee, and then put it back on. ESPECIALLY if your need to pee is urgent!!!

Also, you said you need to put it on erect, but also you need to take it off while peeing. How do you get erect every time to put it on? I pee a lot throughout the day and that seems like a lot of work trying to stimulate yourself after every piss so you can put it back on.
Have you noticed less turtling since you have started wearing it?

The sleeve doesn't allow turtling. It feels like a continuous light stretch. (I think it is helping with my flaccid length but I don't know that for sure since I don't track it.)
Peeing: Don't try to pee through it. That can hurt. And, yes I work myself up to an erection everytime I put it on, which can be very inconvenient. What I learned, however, is that while I take my fair share of pee breaks, I don't do them uniformly through out the day. I pee more in the morning than I do in the afternoon, so I don't (usually) wear the sleeve early in the AM. Instead, I put it on at about 10:00 (after I pee) and then wear it until 4:00 or so. Usually, I will have at least one pee break in there but that is it. Try it on at different times and you will probably find that you have a some sort of pee schedule that you can work around as well.

My BPEL is 6.5" but by the time I get the xSleeve on, I am probably at about 6". I am guessing here but, depending on the temperature, my 0% erection flaccid length is somewhere between 2.5" to 4.0".
So, as I am currently sitting at my desk with my xSleeve on, my unit is probably 2" to 3.5" longer than it would be otherwise. Does that answer your question, sort of anyway?

I have pretty much settled into a routine. I PE 4 times a week, stretching for 30 minutes in the early AM then wearing the xSleeve for 6 or more hours, then jelqing for 30 minutes in the evening. Then I finish off with an edging/ballooning session for as long as I feel like and have time for. Is any one else doing something with an xSleeve?
