Problems after Kegeling?

Hey everyone. Read a lot of info here and thought I should register to share my own on-going story.

I started to Kegel about two weeks back. Probably no more then 60 daily and about the same, if not 50% more sometimes RK. 5x/week.

Haven't had a problem with ED before. It seems now, no matter how turned on I am I cannot keep it up. I'll probably get about 80% hard, then it just drops to 0.

This is incredibly frustrating. Especially with my girlfriend. I'll notice shortly after or sometimes even before it fully drops that I'll notice dots of what I think is pre-cum on my boxers. A huge, almost several times per hour need to pee.

When I can finally rub one out, it is very watery.

I have a fleshlight I use every now-and-then, and after a few pumps there, I lose it as well.

I've never had a problem like this before. Make sense to anyone?

Taking off days with your kegels? If I went to the gym and did the same muscle every single day I would probably have a hard time lifting my arm after too after 2 weeks. :)
Lay off the kegels until your fine.

The week before last I did 5 days. Last week I did 4 days. Nothing Fri/Sat/Sun last week.

It is important at the start not to overwork. The amount of load required for overwork in the case of someone unconditioned can be not much .
The factors are numerous and include total number of contraction , force of contraction ,duration of contraction ,number of sets , number of reps per set,rest days, added load and other work done. In the case of other work, this includes pe ,sex and masturbation/edging and some forms of exercise can also have an effect.

Suggest you have a week off.

What is your rk as a % of total workout?
Do you have a history of pre e?

I didn't start doing rks until the 2nd week. I honestly didn't know about them. You don't hear about them as much as normal ks.

I started the 2nd week doing at least equal to ks+50% more.

I kinda have a history pre e. It slowly started to go away when i quit watching porn and masturbating as much, but never really fully went away. Haven't really dated the past two years or even had sex. I started going through depression two years ago. Got over it 8 months or so and just started dating again a few weeks back, so I'm a little nervous about this now.

Ok so have a week off and start more modestly and increase over time . Do not suddenly double your workload in week 2. increase more progressively. Suggest 50% kegel and 50% reverse kegel to start with.

I meant I did about 50% more RKs on-top of the normal Ks. so 80K and 120RK or so.

But you're right, that's probably too much to start with.

when im not doing a pe program and my eq drops a litle bit, some very light dry jelqing (around 50%eq) for about 20 reps a day seems to really help

Finally started getting hard again and noticing I cum very fast (when aroused within a few touches from my girlfriend) or within a minute of a handjob.

Sure do hope this passes soon. That's a huge problem.

Never done edging. Never really had a PE problem. My whole groin area feels tight as hell. Like all the time now. Even when I relax it, it goes right back to tight once I don't pay 100% attention to relaxing it. I'm thinking I need more RKs and cut the Ks down quite a bit or to nothing for a while.

Take it easy a couple more days you have overworked the area, then grab a ball carefull place in perinum area and sit on it ,gently roll to massage area. Hip mobility is good.
You could go to a therapist and say you have overworked the area with kegels but I am not sure they would know what to do.

This case is very interesting from a science viewpoint, since it shows an overworked pelvic floor, responding with ed and pre e symptoms at the begining stages quite clearly.

Let the area settle some more before doing reverse kegels.

Do you feel you would benifit from a few more days rest?
You should benifit from some rehab work when you are ready.
Tell me what happens the next time you have sex.
