Thank you to whoever shared the primal living information here a month or so ago. I have been following the free primal blueprint E book from marks daily apple. It is a pretty simple body weight training routine. It also seems rather mild. One day of cardio and two days of body weight workouts a week.
At any rate I am a couple weeks in and am seeing progress as far as how much I can complete and how I feel afterward. Is anyone else using this program? I like it so far as it is an easy step away from my sedentary lifestyle. If anyone is aware of a diet that is similar to what is offered by this site I can try for free please point me in the right direction. Currently my diet is pretty good but I think a more regimented and planned diet would really help my child. I want to get him off of processed foods and see if it affects his behavior.
