I've found in the two or three times prior when i gave up not only porn but masturbation too, that my dick definitely got bigger with better overall EQ.




The best advice I can give is that if you want to quit porn, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART is the moment right before you think about watching porn to actually doing it. That is the moment you have to have serious self-will and STOP. run in circles, sing a song, go outside, do whatever you have to do.




If you give in, you really don't want to quit.

I'll be going for my second edge session today without porn. I can't think of the last time I went two days in a row without any porn whatsoever. This was a fantastic idea Banana. I wouldn't say I was addicted to porn, but I had myself convined that I needed to it have a proper edge session. I don't believe that to be true anymore.

Banana, you might try creating your own porn "show" in your head. That's what I do. It's great to help build up your own visual fantasy archive, and it works great for me. Great substitute for the real thing.

I know that isn't helping, but you need to resist the urge to watch porn even if others remind you of how good it is.

I exercised for the fist time without porn last night. My EQ was really crappy; but when I was just about finished my penis was rock hard. I took a measurement and my BPEL was still 6.5in.
