Threw in an other good session today, I had plenty of time lately but will not be able to maintain this frequency once work resume, I hope it won't hinder my gains, but well it shouldn't!

I took tw days rest and resumed today , everything feels good but I'm definitely cutting on porn, I have exhausted myself so that even porn arouses me lightly, and therefore my EQ hasn't been top notch. I need to get that back so that I can edge properly after my sessions!

Had a decent session today, I decided to throw in a few minutes of tunica tugs while warming up in order to loosen the tunica really well before my workout,
I then did as usual 5 min jelqs followed by two horse squeezes x 4 times.
I don't know why it didn't feel particularly good, I'll probably edge a bit later, I need to get my EQ back , I've quit porn for 4 days and haven't unleashed a load in the meantime, yet it's more like 8 out 10.
I hope to get it back to 10 out of 10 by then end of next week! As porn was kicked a way with a heavy pair of moonboots!
I'm quite sure that I need a 10 out of 10 EQ and a bit of edging to maximize my gains, so I'm looking forward to being able to do so!

Session felt nice, expecially the horse squeezes, I've never been so dark brown while doing them, I even stopped by fear of seeing my penis turn black!

So I guess I now have the proper technique to do them, which is definitely a good thing.

EQ is going but still not 10 out of 10 despite 5 days without milk unleashment.

It seems like we are in the same boot here... length comes relatively easy but girth work is a real bitch! I do Jelqs, Ulis and Supras coupled with Bathmate but besides the initial newbie gains I see no change. The only other time I had some significant gains was when I was on HGH but that's no cheap fun. What else can I do to add girth?!

Instead of Uli's you can do Horse squeezes like I have, start an Uli (100% erect and grip very firmly at the base), now press the glans or reverse jelq a few times on the glans (with light pressure) to move blood back in the shaft (you will feel it), then put your second hand beneath the glans (ok grip) and apply pressure as much as you can bear without pain, hold for at least 30 seconds, the erection level should subside with time and you can now move your second hand toward the first very slowly! They are INTENSE!

Theses are very intense! I tried them but I decided to stick to Horse Squeezes for now.

What I can recommend you is mixing jelqs and HS or SSJ, for example I do 5 min jelqs then 2 HS (or SSJ) and repeat 4 times.
I find that jelqing feels much more efficient when mixed that way with HS or SSJ. Although I've not done this routine for long enough to see results.
Tell me what you think about it.

If I (and you) don't gain with such a routine in the next months we're out of our element Donny :biggrin1:

Did the Horse squeezes today the way you described... boy were they intense! After about 5 or 6 of those, unfortunately I had to blow my load as I was entering a world of pain watching two black BBW lesbos slurping the juice out of each other on Xtube :wank::common001:.

Another good session today, I'm glad I've quit porn so far, I haven't ejaculated in a week so I may unleash the shower tonight, erection quality is definitely coming back and I've decided to do add kegels and reverse kegels to my work out.

Decent session, v-jelqs, jelqs horse squeezes and manually clamped reverse jelqs to target my base girth. I also did stretches during my warm up.
Erection quality is still not through the roof, but I believe kegels will help me with that.

I have decided , after a few days rest, to lower the intensity of my sessions, I'm panning to do jelqs, uli's and reverse jelqs, for less time as well.
I'm looking forward to boost my EQ and base girth.

So I have decided to solely focus on my base-to-midshaft girth, therefore, as I have done today, I will do manually reverse jelqs at anywhere between 60 and 90% erection level for 20 minutes, and finish with 10 minutes of either SSJ, horse squeezes or whatever. I will also stretch and hope for length gains.
I'll stick to it for the next month and hope to see even the slightest increase in girth.

No improvements yet on base girth, so I now do nearly flaccid manually clamped reverse jelqs, as dustpan explained and I feel blood moving so I hope it will be successful!
Otherwise it seems my max girth is expanding but I don't see enough gains yet to be confident about them.

Anyway I'm wondering if I should do only reverse jelqs, or if I can do these and then have my Horse squeezes- normal jelqs session?
I feel like I could be moving the temporary base girth expansion away .

Jeez I didn't post here in ages, well anyway who cares as I didn't gain.

I'm currently on holiday's time so I'm doing my best to get decent work outs in, I'm still confident in my work out exercises, efficient slow jelqs with Ulis/Horse squeezes in between. I may reduce the duration of the work out though, I'm still looking to find the right balance between intensity and rest.
Stretches are a good part of my schedule as they can be done without much privacy.
I have decided to add flaccid bends to target my lower shaft girth.
September will be the start of a next year and I'll definitely PE properly from then on, in the meantime I hope to add a bit of length and girth with bends and stretches.
Edging is back in my routine as I believe it will be essential for further gains.

Sessions have been going quite well, I'll soon be going on holiday so probably won't update and won't do my work outs for 10/15 days.
A little break is most welcome before starting heavily focused in september.

I had good sessions since I came back, the first ones felt great, then I overdid it a bit (of course), at the moment I have a very nice flaccid, looking forward to a long while without porn, great EQ and gains!
I hav been doing heavy Uli's adding a second hand to torget the lower girth.
I ordered clamps, I'll use them to work on the girth of the first shaft's half.

Did plenty of sessions, nearly every day despite the intensity, it looks like my penis isn't complaining, I feel targeted squeezes will help me even out my girth, year is starting again, I won't be able to PE as frequently as I have, but I'll sure be dedicated enough.
What annoys me is I can't the feeling of mild soreness, no matter what I do and the frequency of the sessions.
I got this feeling only after my 10 days break.
Maybe a few sessions followed by a -week-ten days would give me this soreness more often, and more gains as well, That's something I'll keep in mind if don't gain enough with my current habits.

Damn nothing is working but I've now put my hopes in UJ's to target the CS and therefore the base girth. Flaccid bends could be a good idea as well.
I tried a bit of clamping but I love slow squash jelqs , I may keep doing the latter.

Hope to gain something at some point.......................

Frustrated by an injury , two dark purple spots that won't go away yet. Damn I had found a nice way to jelq I just want to keep going.
I'll work on my kegels in the meantime.
