I'm 9 weeks post op and can tell you I love my new penis. I've got my own issue regarding no slack skin (a tight circ at my request) that has caused some length loss. My opinion would be if you were to get it done, don't go tight, or if you're a grower like me, explain this to the surgeon. My orgasms, sex and masturbation are so much better now.
