Phallosan vs phallogauge

Hey guys im pretty curious how long you can wear the phallogauge extender without any unpleasan effect? And whether your glans become purple or not. :suspicious: It seems that it isnt exactly the same kind of fitting like in the rod extenders.

I wear it around 10 to 12 hours a day. But you have to do it like 4 hours at a time, with a small 10 min break between. It only turns purple if you wrap it too tight

I am also wondering whether my glans will become purple or not. According to USPS tracking number, I should be receiving my Phallogauge on Friday. So you should wait till I and FrankRizzo share our feedbacks with you guys... This way you will save your hardworking money

I'm sure you guys could buy a vacuum bell (vachanger), or make your own and use the belt and foam ring of the phallogauge.

I agree with you.. I already have a vachanger bell and vacextender bell. The main reason, I purchased Phallogauge is, if in case I get a blister with LG Hanger which I kinda doubt it will ever happen again because I already mastered a method to avoid blister and edema.. Phallogauge keeps my penis in elongating state until it is reeled...

Just an example, I remember not too long ago, I got a small blister with LG Hanger and I couldn't wear my LG ADS and Phallosan for a while due the fact both devices are vacuum methods

Phallogauge email me a general steps for this device:

General steps:
1. Rotate the hook to be perpendicular with the length of the red silicone.


2. With one hand gently pinch the mushroom tip of your penis and pull away from your body to elongate your shaft.


3. With the black hook on the outside (not touching the shaft) press the covered metal fastener to the left or right side of your shaft and directly below your mushroom tip.


4. Proceed to wrap the rest of the red silicone around your shaft -- ideally, in a perfect cylinder (not a spiral). This wrapping should be snug and flush -- Not choking your penis.


5. The new design is free of Velcro. You will find the red silicone sticks to itself. After wrapping, put on the black ring around your shaft base, bring the belt around your waist and connect the white mating hooks.


6. Most users keep the flexible, stretch black hook (the segment connected to the white hook and the red silicone) on the outside of their body such that it gently clamps the mushroom tip to your pelvis and body.

I told the customer service to use a digital scale to compare the pull force with Phallosan.








I also asked Mike (Phallogauge) to make a video describing the proper wrapping technique using a real penis instead of finger. How to avoid cutting the blood circulation and etc... so he will be uploading a video at xvideo ....

One thing I like about this site over others is you dont get crap for trying new products. If they don't "approve" they wont let you discuss it.

I am assuming you might be talking about MOS - M*****s of S*ze forum. A member of that forum was talking about Phallogauge and DLD did not approve the conversation regarding this device. According to him nobody is suppose to talk about any other PE devices in his forum besides the ones he is selling over there.. Well... I am not judging him it seems there is something to do with liabilities... (which in my view "no offense" sound like BS) LOL...

The devices are entirely different. I don't know where any of you got the impression they were comparable. Vacuum tissue expansion technology is far better and carries more rapid gain. The phalloguage is like an extender relying on tension in a linear direction to cause cell division for perm gain. A phallosan vacuum device applies suction (expansion pressure) to all cells in the vacuum, equally distributed within the vacuum verses a site applied strap/sleeve device that is subject to tension cell division through pressure passed from cell to cell down the shaft. Also a vacuum is the long awaited constant expansion methodology to the glands or head of the penis. No tension extender or the phalloguage can deliver in that area.

I actually tried the PhalloSan, but there's a small problem. The medium sized condom is too big and the device always slips out no matter how much I pump the vacuum. The small sized condom won't slip, but always chokes my penis.

So when I use the small condom, the base of my penis is all fat, and farther up the shaft where the condom is wrapped around my dick, its significantly smaller.

So if the PhalloSan only works by choking my penis, I don't really see how the vacuum expansion is expanding my dick.

I'm also partially interested in the PhalloGauge. If it can grip my penis without choking it, then it should be just as good as the PhalloSan, right?

Anyways, just my thoughts, again I'm just newbie.

Have you checked into ABS silicone sleeves? I have not used them yet, but they have a wide variety of widths available. Some guys have used them on the PF with success I understand, when you fall between the sleeves Phallosan has available.

I think someone also mentioned you could make your own home-made device by putting a cock ring around your shroom and just pulling it with a belt.

Is this a good idea or no? Would it work like an extender?

It seems exactly like what the SizeGenetics device does, however I never tried SizeGenetics.

Well, I got the phallogauge, and ordered the phallosan anyway. I was gonna cancel the order, but figured fk it, I'll just use both.

I heard phallosan gives blisters, so I figure I'll use phallosan one day, phallogauge the next, or divide the day between the two, about 6 hours each.

I do know from experience that phallogauge is completely discreet beneath clothing and stays put until you take it off. It gives a decent pull once too. Just takes a bit of time to figure out the right way to put it on (not too tight, not too loose)

Yes you cant just say some product is better.
PF has its problems I think. You can get blisters and the ability to use it in public depends pretty much on how tight your troursers are.
However, the string fittings are often not as comfortable ad vac and it can make your penis blue.

Damn I want to see that comparison.

Well that is really inconvenient if the phallosan only has 3 sleeves where 1 of them fits you and 2 are to large. Maybe they will increase the length of the sleeve so you can vacuum all the way down to the base and also they could make extra small, extra large, medium-large, medium-small, maybe XXS for our boy boxxy up top (haha jk bro ). I will wait a few more months and watch the product to see if they expand the product line with accessories and additional parts.

Honestly though man I have had size genetics extender for 2 years and its still the best thing out there. You just have to figure out the right pull for you and the right way to secure your head in the cradle. I cut off the top elastic band to an ankle sock then cut it in half so its a 2-3 inch wide cloth band. I than fold it in half so its slightly wider than the rubber strap and its the perfect protection and comfort layer to hold me in place and still gives me blood flow.

Trust me, if you are going to spend that much buy an LG. It's the best device I have ever owned. I know I keep repeating myself but it's true.

Phallosan is just a vac cap and a tension belt. I made a tension belt for 8 bucks and the phallosan cap is a flimsy toy compared to the lg. I can also hang 18 pounds or more (haven't had to go past 18 yet) for long periods of time.

The phallogauge is inexpensive but it is also a very flimsy cheaply built item. My kids could make something stronger in 3rd grade arts and crafts.
