Phallosan Realistic Gains?

I've been on this forum on and off and i've read some pretty good success stories. I haven't tried any exercises or jelqing but i purchased a Phallosan Forte about a year ago. The max time i've ever logged was around 50 hours in about 6 days, so not much.

I'm 32yrs old and right around 5.5 BPEL and 4.5 EG. I would be ecstatic if i could reach 6.5 - 7" BPEL, and 5-5.5 EG.
Are these gains realistic if i use only the Phallosan and commit to wearing the device for 10-12hrs per day? I know people have mentioned they start seeing real gains at around 1000 hours.

It's always been one of those things that i wish i would commit to but just haven't, and i'm finally where i absolutely don't want to stop using the device until i've hit my goal or even larger if that's possible. I don't care if it take 2000, 3000, even 4000 hours. But i'm looking for honest realistic expectations.

Of course, just like everyone else, i want gains overnight but i realize that's not possible and there is no miracle. But, if my goals are actually possible then i will commit and not stop until i've hit them, from this point on.

Also, are there any supplements i can take that will help my progress? I currently take about 3500mg of AAKG, 50mg Zinc, and 2400mg sunflower lecithin. It has helped with cum load, and the aakg has definitely helped with EQ. But is there anything else out there i could take that could help with my progress?

If you are 5.5 now, you will not reach 7 in 1000hours. 1000 hours is ~ 100 days of use, assuming you actually do it for 10hr/day...thats barely over 3 months, lets add in the introduction period of the first month....you looking at logging 1000hours in 4 months, IF you are dedicated. No way, at least in my honest real opinion, that you will gain 1.5 inches BPEL in 4 months.

However, in 4 months you can gain lets say maybe 0.25-0.5 inches. Obviously, do not stop. So lets say you gain 0.3 inches BPEL, thats a realistic gain btw, in 1000 hours aka 4months- thats good. Then you do another 1000 hours in 3 months and say you gain another 0.3 inches....thats 7months for ~0.6 inch length gain. Add another 1000 hours in 3 months, now thats 3000 hours total in less than 12 months and you may have gained a total of 1 inch.

1 inch in less than 12 months is really great gains dude. You wont do much better than that. Sure maybe you can gain 1.2 inches in 12 months, but you will not gain 2 inches in 1 year.

Im a realistic, so if I come off a bit negative, its because I am a realist...sure, some will say they gained 1 inch in 4months.....thats bs, dont listen to them unless you like makebelieve and snowferries, which is fine. Its fine with me either way tbh, but its upto you to put in the work.

I never thought I would gain an inch in 3-4 months. If it took two years for 1.5 then it is what it is. I just was looking for a realistic expectation, which you provided.
I definitely didn't take it as negative. Thank you for your feedback!

I don't think you'll gain much of anything with just a phallosan, not as much tension and stretch as a real extender, which is where those 1000 hour figures come from, phallosan is more of an ADS, so combine some manual stretches with it's use.

Once acclimated to the device, I have gained at a rate of about 1/8" for every 400 hours of phallosan use. I might have gained faster if I was able to be more consistent, but my routine has been interrupted by injury breaks and other responsibilities. I've gained about 1/2" total from the phallosan. I believe if you gradually work your way up to consistently using the device for 9+ hours per day you will see some measurable gains, and 1" or more is not unrealistic in the long term.

with phallosan i have gained 1 cm length and 0.5 cm in girth in 2.5 months using 8 hours a day consistently.i also feel my flaccid length and girth has increased significantly but haven't measured.i do sometimes 10-12 hours a day in a week to.beside this i haven't done any manuals.i did jelling in between for 2 weeks and couldn't commit.so far i am happy and motivated.i have ordered Bib hanger which i will receive this week.

Hello, I've been using the Phallosan Forte for 308 hours now, and I'm still at 156mm (6,14") BPEL for the moment... A bit discouraging... Maybe I cannot measure with enough precision, and I gained but can't measure it for now... In the beginning I was putting the tension at the low green. Right now I'm in the high green, low yellow mark... I just bought the TLC strap to try to pull forward also, because I think that to pull just from side to side will not produce the best results. Anyone have any advice?

I have and use the PF for about 3yrs now.
Initally saw 1/4" gain in about 3mths.
The PF is a good device, but should be considered as a PART of a PE program.
I incorporate manual stretching, pumping, extending/PF sessions and rest periods.
There is a lot of info here at the GYM on manual exercise and penis conditioning for PE.
The Phallosan forte is a good device, but just a part of my program.
Stay safe and enjoy.
Avoid injury and don't overdo!

There is a lot of info here and on other important forums regarding the Phallosan.
I have been using it for 5 weeks, but havent measured yet.
From all my very extensive research from the whole internet I can say 1 inch is attainable and realistic longterm if you only use the Phallosan.
Eventually, you will need higher intensity. However, 1 inch plus is absolutely amazing and also what I aim for with the Phallosan.
After that, I will hang and get another inch.

So I have logged in 1100 hours on the Forte and Plus in about 4 months. I was averaging around 11 hours a day, 6 days a week. I did measure once about 5 weeks ago and though my EQ has fallen a bit (possibly from the use of the device) and was not getting a chance for a few measurements to pull an average from, I can tell you there was a change. It is not as much as I was hoping for but around .25 or so. There have been reports of better gains further into it over the same rate of time but have decided to see the 6 months through before checking again but can definitely say a change took place. My base to tip measurement has grown closer to .5 inches actually but as that is not as reliable, I just mention for full disclosure.

There is no doubt everyone is different and I think many here feel you have to really get a hard ligament pull to stretch it (weights, manual stretches) but I have been moderate only in my tension and can say it did something. Very little pull on the ligaments and mostly just stretching the penis in unnaturally stretched positions for long hours each day. I have not measured girth yet but there does seem to be a bit of a thicker feel to it, but may be my imagination so will wait until the tape measure to claim anything. I find that not using any other techniques will give me (and others) a much clearer idea of what is creating the gains. I try and spilt the time between the extender and the belt this past month but until then, was mainly on belt about 80% of the time. There is a different stretch with the extender for sure.

Many discuss the "hours" here that are put into the use and how it adds up mathematically to this or that, but the study on their web site focuses more on the period of time overall, ie: 6 months. Some men wore it more and others less but their focus was on that time frame in the study. So I will probably be around 1700 hours at that point and hope I may get that .5 inches. My flaccid stretch is about 7.75 so have no idea if that will end up my max anyway but have been aiming for 8 inches. As I think I am near the high end of average at around 7.5 BPEL, if I max out length wise soon, girth will be my next journey via clamping and bathmate (I am somewhere around 5.25 girth-wise so that has room to grow I believe). Anyway, I am still positive on the device but believe the hardest gainers need to give it those 6 months and the more wear (around 10 hours a day) I think the better the result. But everyone seems to be different so just gauge yourself but give it the months over the hours totaled.

I've been on and off with the Phallosan for four years now. Only reason not to wear is was privacy and also a bit of time to put on and take off - bathroom visits during day, some inconvenience while driving car etc.
Still it is very comfy compared to other stretchers I own, and I have permanent gains for sure.
I must say that I'm not as focussed on the numbers as I was before. I just wear it when I can and it feels good for general health.
Whenever I get the spirit, I combine the Phallosan with some hydro pumping, though that is very time consuming and the effects of the hydropump are temporary.

I agree about the "on and off" thing. Though after a few months I get a bit used to the pain of it and the "please don't tear the condom" anxiety. I can see if you got the gain you want from it that you might from time to time put it on at times. There is something comforting about it in ways, feeling the tug. Especially if you feel while completing your other mundane tasks you may just be making your penis longer in the process! The pumping/bathmate I am also up in the air on but am going to start adding it into the daily routine for a year and see if it does retain some permanent gain. That will be the 2021 experiment....
