I've been on this forum on and off and i've read some pretty good success stories. I haven't tried any exercises or jelqing but i purchased a Phallosan Forte about a year ago. The max time i've ever logged was around 50 hours in about 6 days, so not much.
I'm 32yrs old and right around 5.5 BPEL and 4.5 EG. I would be ecstatic if i could reach 6.5 - 7" BPEL, and 5-5.5 EG.
Are these gains realistic if i use only the Phallosan and commit to wearing the device for 10-12hrs per day? I know people have mentioned they start seeing real gains at around 1000 hours.
It's always been one of those things that i wish i would commit to but just haven't, and i'm finally where i absolutely don't want to stop using the device until i've hit my goal or even larger if that's possible. I don't care if it take 2000, 3000, even 4000 hours. But i'm looking for honest realistic expectations.
Of course, just like everyone else, i want gains overnight but i realize that's not possible and there is no miracle. But, if my goals are actually possible then i will commit and not stop until i've hit them, from this point on.
Also, are there any supplements i can take that will help my progress? I currently take about 3500mg of AAKG, 50mg Zinc, and 2400mg sunflower lecithin. It has helped with cum load, and the aakg has definitely helped with EQ. But is there anything else out there i could take that could help with my progress?
