I wore this modification for the first time today for a couple of hours and really liked it. However, maybe it is just me but the phallosan belt/comfort ring felt like there was more tension/pull that the TLC belt. It is a PERFECT belt for sleeping in though, so you don't have to be woken after a few hours to change sides. I will have another wear of it later to see how it feels. So far so great though!

The TLC belt really eliminates the whole having to change sides constantly because of the "comfort" ring on the phallosan. I am still not sold on the tension comparison with the phallosan belt, the phallosan belt seems better for tension. I want to see if DreamOn got any decent gains with this method or not.

In addition, I am using the belt in a similar method to the phallosan and strapping it around my waist and using the other clip to clip onto my boxer shorts. The tension seems to be quite constant but I am not sure how much extra tension I can put on it with the belt breaking.

I have a few newbie questions, and some not so newbie:

1- When using the Phallosan, should i pull my foreskin back or not?
2- Protector cap, yes or no?
3- Has anyone experienced skin growth through long term use of this? I have enough foreskin and don't want more of it.
4- I already ordered the TLC knee strap (today). But while it gets here, i read there is a way to build a knee strap with the regular Phallosan belt. Does anyone know how to do it? Can't sleep with this for more than a couple hours otherwise.

Cheers and wish you all good gains! (in my case it's just curvature that i'm interested in).

My fellow PF owners please believe in me please take a chance please take a leap of faith!!!!!!! Throw away your PF comfort belt and buy the TLC strap ENJOY THE FREEDOM OF COMFORT THAT I DISCOVERED!!!!!!!!!!!! Every PF owner should read this thread spread the word!!!!! Today there shall be no more discomfort for any PF users who is willing enough to take a leap of faith into my new found love TLC belt and try the technique I am describing in this thread!!!!!!!!!!

Just ordered one, anxious to see how it works!

just got my tlc strap yesterday and it is indeed a much more comfortable alternative
i think i can actually sleep in this
the only issue i have remaining is the fluid build up in the glans
kickmeinthemebs: how do you deal with the edema? do you just suck it up? because it actually causes me pretty significant discomfort bordering on pain after 2hrs+

DreamOn, since you have been using the TLC method for a while now, could you report if you have seen any gains so far?

Got my TLC strap a few days ago, and amazingly for the first time was able to get a full night of sleep with the phallosan. Ver good discovery @DreamOn.

I only used it for about 15 hours so far so will have to wait a long time to see any improvements (in my case i'm not using it for size but for curvature, though i will not complain if i get any improvement in length).

@DreamOn have you seen any gains in the thousands of hours you used this phallosan+tlc strap?

Ok, I tried to have sex with this thing on and it just did not work... maybe it is my strapping technique! Hehe... sorry... I needed to laugh!

Guess my humor fell dead... so on a serious note... this belt has truly made it much more comfortable to wear! I am actually going to get 2 more. 1 for when I do a gym workout? I didn't want my phallosan belt getting stinky... but I can get one of these and not worry so much about it... and it seems like it would be less likely to be damaged from washing.

Lol, well I'm glad it's working out great for you these belts even the PF belt are washable you can just throw them on the washing machine along with your other dirty clothes and it should be fine, but you can totally buy as much TLC belt as you want because they are ridiculously cheap for only $13 with shipping cost included!!!

Hey man, how's your experience with the belt so far? Any changes? My friend made who also owns the PF using my strapping method with the TLC belt made gains with it at the first 800 hour mark. I believe the tension in my experience is just the same as the PF belt as long as you are getting that accurate tension on the color zone and your penis is properly being pulled and put under tension then whatever tension you are at the color zone should still be the same as you would get from the PF belt or any other belt you might use. Perhaps, you are not used to wearing the PF without the comfort ring around the base of your penis so it doesn't feel the same though the tension is still the same.

I'd love to know how you've been doing with this method now or if you are still using it. Cheers mate!

1. Yes, pull the foreskin back.
2. Protector cap is good if you are new to the device or if you happen to be very sensitive to the vacuum.
3. Phallosan Forte or any similar vacuum type devices has a chance of skin growth though it's very, very, very little. I'd be more worried if it was the LG hanger because it's a bigger chance in hanging due to heavier weights.
4. Knee strap honestly is a horrible strapping method with very inaccurate tension I suggest you give my method a try instead.
