I went with the Phallosan Forte and Phallosan Plus metal rod extender but was also initially considering the Penimaster Pro.
I also picked up a Total Man weight hanger but have not worked it into my routine as of yet, but will do so in the coming weeks attaching the pulley system to my work from home desk so that I can work in several 15 minute weight hanging sessions a week.
As of May 21st 2022 I am about 6.5 weeks into my experimentation with Penis Enlargement of which the first 3 weeks was with the Phallosan Forte and these last 3.5 weeks have been with the Phallosan Plus metal rod system.
I picked up some additional silver rods on Amazon that consist of two longer silver pieces and two shorter silver pieces relative to the original gold pieces that came with the original Phallosan Plus.
The different sizes allows me to get a slightly greater stretch for 2 to 4 hours before going down to a more tolerable remainder of the day stretch. I have been averaging about 10 to 11 hours a day with the Phallosan Plus this past week and a half.
Thus far I have seen visual gains in length and I have gone up in size on the plastic cup for the glans which is encouraging. However I just forced myself back down in cup size as the larger cup seemed to be tearing my sleeves too quickly. I use a Total Man Blue Sleeve on my Phallosan Plus.
My level of sexual energy/desire has also climbed noticeably.
My level of stretches deemed “all day tolerable” have also noticeably increased. A level that was hard on day one of using the Phallosan Plus is now noticeably a level of comfort that I no longer use because it’s “too easy”.
I intend to continue mixing and matching the combinations of silver and gold rods to continue to get gradual increases in “tolerable all day” stretches.
I just placed an order for an additional set(2 long silver and two shorter silver) to give me several additional incremental stretch lengths using the two smaller silver pieces but this is now on back order at Amazon till end of June. Glad I have plenty of room to stretch before then using what I have now, but can see a need to eventually get a hold of two additional of the smaller silver pieces to allow for continued smooth escalations of the stretch levels.
I am also using a combination Edging and Kegal exercise a few times a week, maintaining discipline to not ejaculate so that I can then immediately go into a 15 minute L.A. Pump session followed by a more intense stretch level on the Phallosan Forte Plus metal rod system.
The Edging/Kegal idea came from reading a book by Erik Everhard on the exercise he does while sitting in a chair with an erect penis which gives him control over when he ejaculates so that he ejaculates at will on his Porn sets.
This was also added to my goal of Penis extension after seeing in the Total Man website his goal of Stamina added to Length increase saying something like “no need to have an extra large penis if you can’t last more than 20 seconds”.
The Edging/Kegal is to extend my stamina for 30 to 40 minutes so that when I achieve my goal of 35% length growth over the next 20 months, I can use that 35% larger tool to pleasure my partners for a good 30 to 40 minutes.
I hope my goal of 35% over 20 months is not too ambitious, but I am in this for the long haul.
I am also using an L.A. Pump a few times a week to help with Girth and have happily ordered up a new tube size by 0.25 inches as I was starting to uncomfortably fill the bottom of my original tube. I hope to experience this “problem” at least another 4 or 5 times and will happily shell out the $120 for each new 0.25 inch increase in circumference if I am gaining that in sustainable girth levels.
The L.A. Pump a few times a week for 15 minutes also seems to make my subsequent stretch levels on the Phallosan Plus rod system more robust.
Has anyone here used the Phallosan Plus rod system for a lengthy period of time, say perhaps longer than 3 months? If so can you report on any gains you have experienced using the Phallosan Plus metal rod system?
I intend to measure myself again at the 3 month mark despite temptations to do so before then and will share my experiences.
