Now....not sure how to put this..I think I was not serious enough with my posts at PEGym.
I was thinking to update the post around August, when I reached..how much it was...530h or so with Phallosan or was it 600h..
Anyway, I saw no difference, I got those very nasty, lasting bruises and red/purple dots..actually stains on top of my head which made it look like injured.
But it was not only the aesthetics, it was the something more. My GF( genetic engineer, Ph.D going currently) did claim that a case like this - where vacuum is constantly applied to a single spot and that there is a visible effect of it - those large purple bruises..that all of this pretty much can put me in predisposition for a cancer..
Now, don't get crazy or scared, i have no proof for this, no medical opinion here..however, given the fact that I wore it 550+h and that it was a bit of PITA to set up, to wear it, to remove it when peeing, to hide it from 'normally' thinking people( my GF) ,due to the risk I would be taken for a wacko wearing this thing + the risk of injury and the scary word 'cancer' made me abandon it. Have it at home, thinking to sell it, for 50% less, so ..150 USD may be..I would see..
Somewhere in my posts are the hours I wore it, I wore no protector cap..but I was aiming for 8-10h a day, 5 days a week. And no difference...
So did not work for me, I wished so badly it would work.
Now, SG doesn't have the vacuum( ironically the PF most comfortable part which gave me bad bruises, slightly deformed my head and ..I got them marks even today), so with SG might be super uncomfortable to wear as I read all over the Internet, but that SG might work better for me..
Anyway, I bought Bathmate, I started stretching and jelqing again, I am doing..2 days on, 1 day off, then 2 on, 2 off(the weekends).
The program is simple, hope it will work..in time:
1. Warm/hot( not very hot) water 3-4 min. Loosen the tissue, make my c*ck and balls hang low, looks so large, lol
2. Dry up the water and use virgin olive oil + bio coconut butter and massage the cock and the balls firmly , for like 5 min. Massage them balls really properly.
3. Wash off, I am still warm, fill Bathmate with hot water and somewhat semierect enter. Pump till I get to 16 cm,16.5 close to 17 cm, then hold for 6 min
4. Remove the Bathmate( I use Hercules), my cock would look huge, really massive. Dry up a bit, use vit E hand cream as lubricant and stretch for 6 min.
5. Stretch is 30s each direction - straight, up, down, sides. When up and to the sides, I would pull my ball sack to the opposite direction. Gives me better stretch
6. Jelq for 6 min, gently on whatever erection level I am( 50%, then goes slightly more, but less than 80% for sure), 3 s stroke.
That is pretty much it. Those 6 min on BM,Stretch,Jelq may increase to 8 and 10, but not more. I am not sure if BM should be first or last, no idea.
But perhaps as long as I do them , just these exercises, they should provide over time an increase of blood capacity which is what is all of this PE about.
The penis to be able to hold more blood, this leads to larger unit. Period.
And PE is not a sprint is a marathon, so...every little bit adds. More is better here, so these 18 min or up to 30 min in total for the three exercises should provide some results. I also take days off, in total 3 days off and 4 on. I am not gonna go again to 5 days on/2 off, as ..that is too much. Pumping, stretching,jelqing, then sex and masturbation or sexual play and that unit will not be able to recover ever. So these are my thoughts and what I do. Like a month or so on this, not measuring my cock, hoping to see them gains( which might foolish), but perhaps 5-6 more weeks and I will opt for some measure.
Again the post became long..but I guess this is me.
I do kegels also, my EQ seems to have worsen since ...quite some time. Like I am getting hard ,really hard and if I do not touch myself, it fades away quickly..
It might the venous leakage or whatever they call it. Read somewhere I guy did this to him self from erect jelq. In my case it may no be the PE, it might be..something else. So I have ordered some butcher's broom and horse chestnut stuff to see if they help. Or the whole thing might be in my head so I just some breathing and meditation( I should start these though..)
So hope this update helps, a lot of different stuff I brought here..so..it may open a further discussion.
