hm I dont know why but my penis feels smaller especially flaccid...When I am erect EQ is just fine but my penis is somehow smaller and shrinked I dunno why...I ve been anxious few days because of some problems but I dunno whether it could be cause by that or not...

I am so sad that many of you guys made so much gains and me almost nothing in year :(I know that everything needs a time but sometimes it is better and then it is bad and It is like magic circle and i cant understand what is the problem.

Very few of us have made excellent girth gains though, that is the problem. Girth is very hard to gain in. I have been pumping since last June and haven't gained in girth. I have gained a grand total of 0.4" girth in over a year and a half. My length gains have been incredible all right. Girth has to be taken very seriously if someone wants to gain in it. Have a look at my log, I have started a new routine. Also, look at popol's log, getinbig, etc. There is a thin penis group in the groups section of the forum too, lots of useful info and we are all trying to gain girth together, it will help you :)

It sounds like you could be over training, maybe take more breaks and lessen your routine, to allow the smooth muscle to recover.

I gain girth easy, but length I find hard to gain, it seems highly individual! In fact all the same time you haven't gained girth I haven't gained length! But something will work!

Are you doing any edging?

I gained most of my girth with a combination of Uli's and edging, before I knew about penis enlargement techniques.

I would recommend before doing anything maybe have a short break, just to let your body recover and get your head clear!

I have been watching tomerredl's log for a while, and I'm not sure when his flaccid shrinks he has overtrained. As long as you achieve erection easily, they're hard, and you feel great keep going, especially with the jelqs.
Flaccid size varies a lot for everyone, if you're anxious or smoke then you add other factors.

Yup I agree. Flaccid hang is WAYYYY to variable to put down to overtraining. A cold day outside and you could look like you have a vagina :D

Sometimes I have such a fuck*ng small flaccid and when I get horny the erect one is just normaln so I dunno what is it in it...But erections and my psyche feels much better when my flaccid hang is bigger you know I want big flaccid.
Burtybasset- I have been doing edging but not edging with ulis maybe I will give it a try :) I wish I had your genetics to be able to gain girth as freaaak :D
popol-Man you have been helping me a lot, Iam grateful for that you are still here and patient :D
Now I will just be watching my Pis and I wont be considering my flaccid as much as before..

Just looking at your routine, it looks like it is a bit on the minimal side if anything. I would hesitate to say that you are actually undertraining. Probably not doing enough to force some gains upon you. From my experience with girth, you really need to wear down those smooth muscles with intense girth workouts.

I have done the whole jelq, uli, squeezes workout, but whenever I did I never gained a bit of girth (except for the first few weeks where it was EQ-based). The only time I gained girth, in all of my very very many different approaches, was doing intense girth-focused routines. Unfortunately, 99% of guys on here need intense girth routines in order to see gains. I don't mean squeeze your dick off, but I mean up the intensity, like your dick will be tired but feeling good after your PE sessions.

Look into clamping - manual girth exercises - jelqing. I have always found that in that order, it is an awesome workout. If you don't want to clamp, then replace it with an edging session with ulis.

Hm In the morning I had workkout which consisted of warm up,5x15sec tunica tugs ,80 jelqs,2x ulis 15 sec,2x squeeze 15 sec and now is my penis shriveled...after MORNING workout I went to gym and now I am home and my unit is shriveled and I think that I had fucked it up when I was having workouts and sex 6 days in row and my penis have not been okay since that moment.

btw could you twrite my how aproximately my worukout should look in your opinion ?

Firstly, how is your stress levels? Is it cold where you are? Are you getting enough sleep? When is your unit not shrivelled? Does it ALWAYS shrivel after your PE routine or just lately? What exactly do you mean by shrivel, is your flaccid a lot smaller than it is regularly, or just a little bit? How many days do you do PE? How often do you take rest days?

In relation to your actual PE routine itself: What erection level do you do the ulis and squeezes at? What do you do when you are doing them, i.e. how hard do you grip? What happens your penis when you grip? Do you kegel when you do them? Do you edge before and after you do them? What erection level do you have after them?

Jelqing: What erection level do you jelq at? How firm is your grip? How long are each stroke?

Sex and PE: Do you have sex and PE on the same day? How often do you have sex? Is it vigorous, how does your penis feel afterwards, does it shrivel afterwards, etc? What is your EQ like during sex? What is your EQ like during PE?

how is your stress levels?-I dont think that I am stressful person or so I am maybe little under pressure when I have some thing in school but Iam not really stressed...

Is it cold where you are?-I live in Slovakia.Now there is a winter, so snow and temperatures around zero..
but at the place where I live there is aproximately 21-23 degrees...

Are you getting enough sleep?-It depends on special conditions like school ,whether it is weekend or whether I work or so ,but not less than 7 hours...


When is your unit not shrivelled?-For example I woke up with nice hang but after few minutes it shrivels up ,not always but I would say maybe in 50% times.My penis is usually not shriveled when I am in the bed warmed up or so.Sometimes It is not shriveled but the penis itself is smaller(testicles are loose but penis is smaller it is not firm but it is small as if it was shrinked and it lasts whole day or so...Also it is smaller when I do some activities or in gym but I think it is normal...

Does it ALWAYS shrivel after your PE routine or just lately?-In the past it used to shrivel after too hard workout so It was bad sign and it was shrinked-shrinked but now lately it wasnt as bad sign as in past...lately penis was pumped after workout and than it had shrinked for 15-30 min and then it got bigger...

What exactly do you mean by shrivel, is your flaccid a lot smaller than it is regularly, or just a little bit?-My flaccid is smaller for about 50 percent than normal size.Also erect penis is thiner when the flaccid is shrinked..I would say It is a blood flow problem but I dunno what it causes...

How many days do you do PE? How often do you take rest days?-I do 1 day on and 1 day off.

What erection level do you jelq at? How firm is your grip? How long are each stroke?-I jelq between 50-80 % erection levels my grip is medium so I dont press too hard or so...each stroke lasts 2-3 sec max.

I read this so I have to jump in. I am sure Popol and KITM will give more, and better information. The obvious thing in my mind is the several times a day ejaculating. Masturbation and edging are both forms of PE and need to be considered in your training calculations. With that many orgasms per day your penis is being over trained. Good luck with hour goals, and I thought your English was fine. Enjoy your journey, but maybe fewer times per day.

Hm usually I dont have sex during the week and I dont even masturbate maybe for one time throughout the week so me and my GF we want to make it up during the weekend So we tend to be like crazy at the weekend :D

I tought that 3 times per day is too much and that was it, for example I had sex 3 days in row and first 2 days i jacked off 6 times and last day a jacked off 2 times then next day I had workout and another day I did PE and next day sex again so no rest for my little buddy...

This is the question and answer that I was referring to. If you take several days off of all PE and all sex, and masturbation I think you will find that your penis will respond by not turtling so much. Masturbation and sex and edging all add to the total amount of work you are doing with your penis. Your routine should be the place you stop work first, and sex should be the last.
That is why I said you appear to be overtraining.

btw day before yesterday I jacked off 3 times and yesterday 2 times but today I will have rest day I hope :D

I have been talking with my GF and she said that she wouldnt handle more lenght of my penis that sometimes it hurts when I go too deep or so...BUT...I asked her about girth and she said that MAYBE she would handle more girth but that it is perfect as it is.On the other hand you know girls they will tell you what you want to hear :D...

Hello guys I havent been doing PE lately because I have had lots of sex...I have had a rest 3 days now since last sex...and I woke up this morning, had a coffe and green tea extract then I went to school I had been there from 8:00 am to 16:00 pm then I had a cup of coffe and went to gym...As I came from gym I decided that I could do PE I did warm up then 5x15 sec tunica stretches and then I had been trying to jelq but I could achieve proper erection level and I also cant get up my penis I could get my erection through 60 %...How is this possible ...could it be caused bz gym or by what ?

If you overtrain, and/or use too much force than what your penis can handle, yes, it lowers your EQ, and gives you negative PIs.

Take rest, and when you resume PE after your penis recovers, be more gentle and use less force, aim for positive PIs, they are your ticket to penile health, and gains. :)
