Okay, we are going to find out if this is PE-related or life-related. We are also going to find out what exactly you are doing in your routine.
Firstly, how is your stress levels? Is it cold where you are? Are you getting enough sleep? When is your unit not shrivelled? Does it ALWAYS shrivel after your PE routine or just lately? What exactly do you mean by shrivel, is your flaccid a lot smaller than it is regularly, or just a little bit? How many days do you do PE? How often do you take rest days?
In relation to your actual PE routine itself: What erection level do you do the ulis and squeezes at? What do you do when you are doing them, i.e. how hard do you grip? What happens your penis when you grip? Do you kegel when you do them? Do you edge before and after you do them? What erection level do you have after them?
Jelqing: What erection level do you jelq at? How firm is your grip? How long are each stroke?
Sex and PE: Do you have sex and PE on the same day? How often do you have sex? Is it vigorous, how does your penis feel afterwards, does it shrivel afterwards, etc? What is your EQ like during sex? What is your EQ like during PE?
