Hello helloooo :D,Today was WORKOUT day...
1 st workout
warm up
80 jelqs
2x 10 sec erect squeezes
2x 10 sec ulis
second workout in hot shower:10 sec stretches to each side.
I feel good :)
-I feel that my pelvic floor is also improving and its getting more loose so its a positive sign...
-My flacid hang is bigger and more spongious.

I have had a workout today which consisted just of squeezes.
I havent done basic jelqs because I felt little soreness in my ligaments after stretches and as i found out ,jelqs egages also ligaments so i decide to do just squeezes and ulis.
warm up 10 min
5x 10-15 sec squeezes
5x ulis 10-15 sec
After this workout i felt nice and plumpy but after few minutes ding dong SHRINKED but i dont think it is a bad ,maybe it was just because of intensive workout.So in this case it dont have to be be a bad sign.
We will se how my ding dong will look tomorow morning I hope it will be nice and plumpy.

Well, I had free weekend form workout and I just had been enjoying sex stuff with my GF :) tomorow is workout day so Im excited
-penis is nice and plumpy
-btw my pelvic floor is much better now I have better control over my ejaculation so it is definitely getting better :) I have lasted 15 minutes in first round thanks god for pegym :D:hail:

From day to another Im more and more educated about things down there so its so good to have control over my sexual life and my little !big! :D budy .

I have just finished my workout 30 min ago
warm up
100 jelqs (40-80% erection)
2x10 sec ulis
2x 10 sec erect squeeze
I will do this routine for some amount of time.If the Pis are good I will stay on this routine, If not I will reduce jelqs.

I feel very well day after workout, blood flow is improved and flaccid hang is plumpy...I can see veins which are poping out...do you think that it is sign of nearby gains ?

I just finished my workout
warm up

2x 12-15sec erect squeeze
2x 10-12 sec ulis

I have intensified my workout plan from 1 on 2 off to 1 on 1 off so now I workout every second day.
I have also found out that all my shrinkages were caused by unbalanced pelvic floor...That workouts werent too much for me...I just had unbalanced pelvic floor...

I hope that gains will come buddy because i have been so preserved since november 2013 and no girth gains have come so pray for me :D

Today is workout day Im excited :D
I would like to say that i feel pretty good about my ding dong.It is veinier and also flacid hang is bigger and thicker so finally i can see that something is changing...I am aiming for girth gains mainly so I hope that soon I will gain...
My first goal is 5,5 inch girth and than we will see how my GF will react :p

3x15 sec ulis
I find my penis little tough.It had been also little smaller and tough before workout and it can be like that because I had had a workout on friday and After that I had sex with my Gf and also on saturday and sunday I was having sex and today I had a workout...maybe I need some rest...maybe it is too much of sex and trainings for my ding dong...

I understand but you know sex also i fluences penis stamina so I have to take it into account...but I dont consider PE as a sex thing ot so...thank you:)

My penis is smaller as before and it is caused by that I havent had rest since last friday It have been just sex and PE ...so I will have rest till this friday and I will wait untill the penis will be as big as before :/...

I am considering starting to do stretches again to gain girth because it seems like that the tunica is my limiting factor as I read TGC THEORY...
I have been also thinking about buying bathmate to gain girth...
What do you guys think ?should I wait maybe 1-2 years to reach my potential or do you recommend using bathmate/pump now?

There is no need to use the bathmate, adding tunica stretches is a good idea. Jelqing right after my tunica stretches feels better. Increase the duration of your squeezes steps by steps.
Stay consistent.

I am not completely sold on pumping at all. Stick to a manual routine in my opinion. When you are conditioned, look into clamping. Cable clamps are way cheaper than a pump and way more effective. Please read a lot about clamping before starting it and always be very pre-cautious.
