Ah iam desparate...Could you someone write my effects of overtraining with reverse kegels...?My flaccid is smaller and erections are worse again...fu*ck...everything is alright and suddenly it breaks up always :(

I doubt the problem comes from RK.
You should write what you did for PE each day, on the log, also mention when you took off days, so we can help a bit more.
Can't say anything with the informations available.

My first workout after rest was on monday but what is maybe worth to mention is that i was masturbating on sunday...and i was also masturbating on tuesday...I wanna say that my flaccid hang and EQ before was really nice...My hang after workout was pretty good and lasted whole day but...I had visited a cinema and i had an energy drink there...i dunno if that could have something to do with my shrinkage( its not really shrinkage i would call it loss of size and loosening because my balls are fucking loose...more than normal but penis is smaller maybe about 30 percetnt) but right after cinema on tuesday i noticed that my penis is not as before...my balls were hanging nicely but my penis was smaller and stiffer...I also noticed that when i masturbating i have so hard and tight grip...Could it cause owertraining ?...I am visiting gym quite often and i use pre workout C4 before workout and
it has this compound(beta alanine 1500mg,creatine nitrate 1000mg,arginine AKG 1000mg,L tyrosine 200mg
caffeine 200 mg,synephrine,niacinamide 30 mg,folate 150mcg) Could it affect my gains or erection quality? I dunno what else could cause this problems...I wanna big hang guys Im desparate and i have depresions because of my penis.. :/ I think that its so thin...And i actually just lost a size in girth

P.S:Should I do workout today?...I NOTE MY PENIS IS NOT SHRINKED I JUST LOST SIZE OR BLOOD FLOW OR I DUNNO :/ I would say that my penis is too loose but its smaller...

I'd say try to jelq with a very low erection level and light grip, to get the blood moving and see what happens.
You're already having plenty of sex, so if you masturbate on top that it is bound to have effect on EQ.
You sound anxious as well and this will more likely shrink your penis.
Instead of masturbating, edge and don't release, you'll see the difference.
You don't lose size it's just different EQ.
I don't know about the C4 stuff, corageon could have more to say .
In my opinion you don't need any of this supplements.
Going to the gym and wrkoing out will cause a temporary smaller flaccid since the blood is needed elsewhere.
You also need to stop being depressed about your pen , if you're having plenty of sex you should be happy and relaxed!
Stop overworking it FFS!!
I don't know about energy drinks but maybe it has temporary effects to.

CHILL OUT !


And try to post regularly your work outs and rest days with details (EL , before flaccid hang, after flaccid hang, tightness of grip etc ...).

It may contribute to over-training, but I think the bigger problem is decreased sensitivity over time. Better to use lighter grip and lube to replicate something like a vagina, that way you are less likely to develop things like DE during intercourse. Just my opinion.:)

okey...I just finished workout i heated up my penis...it was little tight but my testicles were hanging low so i have done 65 jelqs and have had a shower...right after workout ,my flaccid was plumpy and nice and veiny and then few minutes later during shower it got back into previous state and now it is small again :/...but I dont have SHRINKAGE guys it just diminished because as I said my testicles are hangin they are so loose but just my pen is smaller as before i dont understand...Couldnt it have something with pelvic floor guys ? Some details: trough during i had one involuntary kegel spasm i dunno why it came from nothing and i dont feel pain now and i didnt feel pain during workout...

BTW I have to say you guys one detail from cinema which i havent told you and it is that during film in cinema I had done 20-25 reverse kegels or front reverse kegels I dunno ...and then my penis diminished and i saw it when I went to the toilet after movie...

Just do your homework, look at it when you do your PE, and apart from that enjoy life and sex!
I'm even tempted to tell you to stop completely and come back when you feel better and free from your anxieties.
PE will not fix your anxieties, it's a bonus but the obsessive state you're in no wonder you overwork a lot and feel depressed .
All the needed advices has been said on this thread on your other one.
It is all up to you now.
Reread your threads, and even your answers, it could help you understand what's wrong.

I will never give up :D...


Today i have had workout...warm up,70 jelqs,light to medium grip 50-70% erection...
My penis now looks better as before...What I noticed is that i overtrained pelvic floor by reverse kegels and my penis shrinked and my EQ went down so I think that it was because of overtrained pelvic floor muscles...I trained reverse egels every day so maybe it was too much for me...Im gonna train pelvic floor with this schedule 1+1

Btw:yesterday i had sex (2 times) I jacked off for 2 times and my penis was OK(no shrinkage).

PS:How i feel now after training:My penis is not shrinked but also its not much bigger or something as usual so no temporary gainzzzz or something...I dont feel pain in my penis... and what else i should write,,,i dont know everything seems alright...

How I feel Day after workout:My penis is little more bigger...no shrinkage ,better blood flow...For now i dont train pelvic floor because I wanna get rest to my pelvic floor...We will see how my penis will behave when i start to train it again with 1+1 schedule

bTW guys what is your opinion about bathmate maybe in future i would like to order one of them because i have read on forum that its very good for girth gains which is my main goal...Do you think that gains from usi g bathame are permanent ?

It may be a good comination with manual PE, but there's so much to do and try , if you really want to spend your money I can take it!
It gives good temporary results, and may help with permanent gains overtime.
Air pump should also be considered.
But what about you do two months of good jelqing with great EQ and no overtraining first?

Haha,It was just question because i read on forum that it is good way how to gain girth :D...Yep my flaccid hang is nice now so i hope that i wont fuck it up again :D but i think that it will be alright...

btw i have noticed that when i jelq on low erection levels my ligaments are stretching so much...and after workout i feel that my ligaments was exposed....

I decided that Im gonna have ret for two days now but im positive no anxiety brahs...gonna make it big whatever it takes:p

Cool, if you had ache in the glans you probably used a too tight grip, ease on it. Otherwise you may holding too much the stretch under the glans at the end of the jelq, <hich could explain the sore ligs.
Jelqing at low EL (60 % isn't low) will work on EQ and length because of the stretch.
Grip lighter even though you think you're not doing enough. EQ first (and you will need less rest days)!
Good you're positive about it, it will take time to figure out what will work out for you but life itself is ahead!

today I noticed longer flaccid but thiner and its not optical view...my penis is loose and also testicles are loose so i do t know what my penis is trying to tell me:p...I have morning wood always so i would never consider this factor...I feel something in my ligaments but its not pain maybe slight discomfort..Today is rest day and also tomorrow will be because girlfriend will be whole weekend at my house so I have to be ready(it will be fun :D)

btw i dont have spontanious erections triugh this so maybe i have done just little too much but i dont think that is overtraining or something...Do you think that state like this is bad or it could be for enlargement?
