Yeah, there is one site I know that advertises guys as "16 inches" and other sizes, but when they showed a video of a girl measuring his dick, it was 8 inches on the dot.

I think we can take it these stats are based on a none pe population.
As pe becomes more popular it will disrupt these stats, in fact it already has.
